It's been a long time since I had a really good villain character.

Lochlann is involved in his love hexagons. Aiden ended up adopting 500 cats. Cabel is dating a unicorn.


I don’t want to create a villain that just sits in my character box doing nothing.

I’m looking to create a villain that might already have a reason—or reasons—for being on the island.

I will still make my own decisions for the species/age/etc of the character, but I’m taking suggestions for people who could use a villain to help push their plot forward! I’d love to work with a few people to come up with a villain to antagonize your characters.

Does your character have a tragic past involving torture from a secret organization?
Do you need someone to reveal themselves as the murder of your character’s parents/significant other/childhood friend etc?
Do you need someone to steal an important item that helps your character control their powers?

I need a villain to kick-start a plot for my character, Parker. It would involve:

1. A thread where the villain saves her life. Maybe Parker got in between two opposing forces and Villain just happened to save her? Maybe Villain was feeling particularly generous? For whatever reason, the villain needs to save her, and she has to feel indebted to them.
2. A thread where the villain asks her to assassinate someone. This would require another person to get involved. Villain might need to do some light blackmailing, but Parker would eventually agree to help.

Thus the plot begins to unfold! The details would have to be decided upon later, but the villain should be willing to murder Parker if she decides not to go through with the assassination.

I was thinking of having a schoolyard bully from his (pre-MC) past reappear for Victor (see the grey hair guy below).

Maybe the Guy likes to pick on others but targets Victor because he knew that he is an easy target, and eventually loses regard for life due to his type of power, what ever it may be.

Another possible idea is that he tries to force Victor to do stuff, and because Victor is to nervous to say no, they eventually become more life-threatening, like murder and whatnot.

Also 100% up for this and same delay with posts. Actually King let me know people responded, I gotta check my alert list and see if I deleted it by mistake.



So i'm thinking i'm going to make a character that's kind of power-hungry, but likes to get others to do his work so he doesn't risk ruining his good name, which would fulfill both of the plot needs here.

I sort of really want to make a character that's half-fae because I have a weakness for fae but have some skill in the magical arts.

@Griffin he'd definitely be interested in exploiting the time manipulation ability, and @Strange i see blackmailing people into doing what he wants part of his usual work.



I'll probably give this another few days before drafting him up just in case anyone else is interested, but then i'll tag you both again with a link to his character profile
