Vampire
At least 300 years old, if not older
Probably a citizen or faculty member (oh the angst of being co-workers without realizing it???)
So this is the eponymous Herr Reinhardt from Johann's backstory. He taught Johann so many things: how to read, how to write, how to dress, how to act...And inspired such a love and loyalty in Johann that it's persisted through death. Needless to say Johann's still very hung up on him, despite having died ~200 years ago.
There's only some solid details for him to work with. He's a vampire, and an old one at that. He is from a wealthy family and presumably found a way to invest his wealth as he maintained his estate after he became a vampire. Generally, he is cool and aloof, an all-around hard read. He was never really overtly cruel to Johann, but simply never displayed outward affection towards him.
I'd really love for someone to take this role and run with it. Herr Reinhardt cared enough for Johann to at the very least attempt to save him from death and quickly fled after it failed. They haven't been in contact since, and Herr Reinhardt has no idea that Johann is a ghost. It'll be a painful reunion on both sides, for one reason or the other most likely.
And the interaction could go so many different ways! Johann thinks Herr Reinhardt killed him after all.
