[sup]Sabe is a human/bogeyman hybrid, which has bothered him all his life and only more so as he has gotten older. His mother was a bogeyman, and was, basically, your average “I’m the reason why kids are afraid of monsters in the closet” kind of parent. Sabe has been living on the Islands since he was ten. He left (more like ran away) when he was eighteen because of teen angst and wanting to reconnect with his family; the teen angst wore off, but reconnecting did not happen. He came back last year, re-enrolled at the college level, and is now a sophomore. Right now he’s trying to figure out how to be kind and good while also being a creature that feeds on fear to survive.[/sup]

[sup]Though introverted, and with an unapproachable air to him, Sabe is actually very sweet and I’d love for him to have some friends. He always sort of feels like he’s on the outside and never really a part of things, so him forging some deep connections and getting to rly be a part of people’s lives in a platonic way is!! so important[/sup]

[sup]As for enemies, Sabe is very moralistic. Though he knows that morally gray areas exists, he’s sort of judgmental and holds people to high standards. Seeing things in black and white is easier, even though he himself exists in that gray area based solely on what he is.[/sup]

[sup]Love is “???” to him tbh. He’s pansexual and panromantic and has probably dated a couple people in the past but not too many. He has a ship set up already but I would love to plot out any past relationships or crushes or whatever![/sup]

[sup]other ideas: pulling him into shady/morally gray stuff, will he embrace or continue to reject being a bogeyman, [/sup][sup]would love to see him become more brave and more emotionally-strong because right now he’s an anxious cinnamon bun[/sup]

[sup]Though she looks thirty, Genevieve (or Gen, or Eve) has actually only been alive for four years. She was carved out of stone and then brought to life with a magic talisman that she keeps around her neck; taking it off turns her back into a sculpture. She was made to be the perfect wife, and never given a name except "my wife," and not allowed outside of the house, and then she learned to be disobedient. She began going to the local library, which eventually gave her the strength to murder the man who made her and then flee to the island. She opened up her own chocolate & candy store, Harper's Chocolates, and she is also a professor at the academy. [/sup]

[sup]As a workaholic, Gen doesn't make a lot of time for friends, but that doesn't mean she doesn't need them. She may be stern and obsessively perfectionist, but she also very much craves experiences and new things. She has a total zest for life and would love to go on adventures with you!! [/sup]

[sup]Enemies[/sup][sup]? Not really sure who could fall into this category, but Gen is neurotic and stern enough that I can see people disliking her. I think above all things she detests laziness and people not realizing their full potential, so there could be something there? [/sup]

[sup]Gen has a hard time with romance because her first husband was super abusive and she killed him, and the first time she felt real love it was ill-fated and not to be. Right now she has a lot of residual feelings for Tucker Watanabe because they were married in the virtual reality game and she's trying to figure that out. Feel free to crush on her or ask her for a date!! [/sup]

[sub]Though he looks 33, Aldric is actually 306. In life, he was a wealthy lord in Germany, and the oldest of three siblings who eventually became corrupt in different ways: his sister sold her soul to the devil to become a witch, his brother did the same to become a werewolf, and when Aldric nearly died of tuberculosis, he was turned into a vampire. His siblings died or disappeared, leaving him in charge of the manor and the land. He managed to live there for quite a while, but after the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of his servant Johann Dresner, the people stormed the manor and forced Aldric to flee. He wandered for a while, and then came to the islands about 100 years ago. He is a doctor at the academy (and outside; he owns his own practice), a scout, and a professor of vampire history. [/sub]


[sub]Friends may be difficult because Aldric is aloof and stoic by nature. He's unreadable, but he isn't unfeeling — he endeavors to be kind, to be good, and to always to the right thing. I think his friends would be people who align with that ideal. He's also super cultured and a Big Nerd, so anyone who he can have nerdy conversations with would be great (Aldric would prefer to call them "scholarly conversations" but let's just call it what it is). [/sub]

[sub]Enemies might be people who are ??? prejudice against vampires ??? or, like, people who think Aldric is a snobby asshole. He isn't a snob, and he isn't an asshole, but his being aloof and loving finer things can definitely make him seem that way. He's also pretty intimidating and not easy to read, which leads to a lot of miscommunications, which can lead to rivalries and petty disagreements and people thinking he just doesn't like anyone. [/sub]

As for love? I think it would be cool if he had a few exes floating about (any gender is fine) that didn't work out for whatever reason. Right now Aldric is set in terms of current/future romance, because Johann is actually alive and now he has to wrestle with old feelings being new again. But I'd rly love to work out some past disasters so please hit me up!!
