It shouldn't really come as a surprise, especially since I've been gone for like 2-3 weeks or so, but frankly I needed a break anyway. What I learned during my time away is that I really didn't miss the cliques, individual groups of people who didn't post with anyone but those they had been posting with forever, no incentive to do anything super creative, and way too much closed mindedness. People get way too blah over things that should be a non issue. Hell even the plots people put up get ignored half the time and those that don't seem to be pretty selective as to who they rp with.
For the people that this applies to, I hope that it changes after I leave, although I don't feel like it will.
For the people that this doesn't apply to (and you should know who you are) I thank you for the experiences rping with you and I liked getting to know you, even though many of you left or just stopped rping etc.
All that being said, I've had some good times here, but this is no long the SA that I joined in the first place, and while I will miss some of you and I will miss the memories and good times, I don't feel like this is the place for me anymore.
To people who are new here, these experiences are mine and yours may be different so don't let any of the rest of this statement affect you. Have fun and build your memories here too because it was a great place once and may be again, or it may be that way for you now.
