Aspen grabbed the key the was on her necklace. It unlocked the padlock on Rising Moon's door, so only Aspen could ride her. The stable hands had one extra key that Aspen made sure was in safe hideaway. She unlocked the stall door, and slipped in, hugging the "Rabicano" as some would call it, though she just called her coat color Strawberry Roan. The horse blew in her hair asking her why she wasn't in her room. She looked around the stall, making sure the stable hands were elsewhere at the moment. 'Because when I went to sign in.. there was...people!' She shuddered and hung onto the Mare, who shifted her position. 'Of course there were people' the horse snorted, ' did you think it was filled with rabbits and squirrels?' 'I was hoping for it, yes' replied Aspen. "This is nothing like home, I'm not sure I'll ever like it here. I hope they have nice animals." She said out loud. She'd already talked to all of the horses there, explaining her powers, and of course, they loved her. 'You must go back, and meet new people.' the mare said, blowing in the fairies face. 'But, there were people!'She shuddered at the though, and buried her face in the feisty mare's mane. 'I need a refill of some water, go and get me some dear, and while you're at it, meet some people!' She horse pushed the fairy out and pulled the door closed with her mouth.

"But, but Moon, you can't honestly say you want me to interact with those terrible creatures, can you?" Aspen grasped the key to the lock and held it tight. 'Put the key back on your necklace, bring me some water and then, maybe we can think of something together.' Aspen put the key back onto the chain and spread her wings majestically, the sun shining on them, making them shimmer in the sun. Today she was wearing her favorite outfit. A blue tank top with a a layered sorta material, a short green skirt that ended in blades of grass patterns, and blue pants with a scruffy kinda jean material. The pants reached the tops of her her ankle high black boots, covering the ankles, and covering part of the top of the boot. They weren't super nice material, but the were waterproof, and she loved them. To finish the ensemble was her favorite green grass belt. Deep in the woods you could find long pieces of grass that were the strongest in the world. You could make rope out of weaving them together. Aspen was sure to have brought some. She lifted her self off the ground with her wings flapping, as she surveyed the room looking for the water. She stayed in one place, flapping her wings, looking for some water.

Flayace was not used to this, just going out. She liked her sleep, her quietness. Even though it was the day, today just felt weird to her. She sighed and smiled as she walked outside in her magenta colored coat. 'At least it is pretty out.' She said. She looked around, what would she do. Go to the lake? Meet new people? Spy on people? She really didn't know, it felt was if she just wanted to be outside for once, without a reason, which she was okay with.

She went by the stables, even though it was winter, there was still horses to be seen, though they weren't as out there as before. She wondered if any of the horses were magical, or were someone's. There had to be. She had always thought that magical animals were amazing, special. She sighed at the thought, she sighed a bit too loud, then laughed afterwards. She looked at the horses from outside, the ones she could see of course.

Flayace didn't really want to use her powers, to see where they were, if anyone was with them. She just wanted to enjoy them, the glimpses and glances at them. She wanted to go inside, to help the horses, pet them. She nodded to herself and went inside. She looked at all the horses, the different colors, shapes, sizes. It was great. She smiled and petted the ones she could.

She loved animals. Especially horses. They were to gentle, beautiful creatures. She had always wanted a horse. She had only ridden a few, but she loved it. She continued to look at the people in the stables, the horses, the hay, the water. It was all interesting for her. She wondered if anyone else shared her fondness with horses and animals.

Morgan took in the chilly winter air and then let it back out. The cold dried his throat and made him cough, which in turn made him laugh. Ah, that was the stuff. Yeah, he wasn't a winter powered person, creature, whatever he was, but winter was his favorite season. Since he was at a new place he had an excuse to go wandering around outside to learn more about it.

He'd shut off his echolocation to give himself a break and was wandering blind. His walking stick in one hand he made his way around what he was sure was the stables. Mostly because of the smell. And the noise. It was unmistakable, he was next to the stables. Horses were cool and majestic creatures, he was just deathly afraid of them. They moved so constantly his echolocation couldn't keep up and it would shut off and then he was blind. Literally.

But he could still stand being around them enough. The smell sometimes got to him, but he was fine with it right now. He smiled as he entered the horses rooms, welcoming the whinnies and the smell of hay. Mm, that was nice. He could feel the wood of the doors against his hands as he walked along the wall and he laughed at himself for this. Sometimes just being a normal blind person felt good.

Except when he ran into someone. Which he just did, bumping into some girl with an omph. "Whoa. Sorry about that." He said, shaking his head and turning his echolocation on and sensing the girl standing in front of him. "I really shouldn't turn off my power when there are people around." He really should have kept it on anywhere in the school or he was going to bump into everyone. Literally.

The crisp winter air nipped at Obsidian's cheeks as he plodded through the snow, he gazed around with a curious grin. Does anyone truly do sports here? He thought to himself, though it hasn't been long since he arrived to this school and was also yet to teach an actual lesson. His trousers began to become damp as the snow seeped into the fabric, causing his ankles to ache in the cold. He sighed, before clapping his hands to together before flicking them outwards, a set of Skis shot out from his sleeves and landed a meter in front of him.

"Well, I better use this while the opportunity is golden I suppose~" he chuckled, sliding his shoes loosely into the grips of the skis. He began to whistle as he slid along the fluffy snow, his arms behind his back in a proper fashion as he continued his stroll across the field. He noticed that a couple of students linger around in the same area but he decided that he'd leave them be for now, until something fascinating was to develop. He grinned darkly, gazing up at the sky before chuckling once again. Today would be quaint, he knew that for sure.

Because the other people hadn't made much noise, Aspen didn't notice them. She was in a more secluded area of the stable, where she could find water for Moon. 'I'm not very strong you know, I can't carry all of this at once.' 'Just carry as much as you can' replied Moon. Aspen heaved the bucket, and flapped her wings. It was easier for her to fly. She struggled carrying the tin bucket full of water, and flew back to the main entrance. She squeezed her eyes shut for a second, grunting, and the weight of the bucket pulled her down. "Ow, ow, ow, ow," she cried, as the handle dug into her hands. "Can't do it anymore...." she opened her eyes just in time to see the bucket crash to the ground-her following after it. The water exploded everywhere, and as she landed on a the ground with an oomph, she was welcomed by a lovely little wave of water. Aspen sat up. "Oh dear" she said, looking at the bucket. She looked up only to see that there were other people in the room. "Oh no" she cried whimpering. She wanted to stand up and run away, but she wasn't sure that was the best solution. She stood up and wiped her clothes, and flapped her skirt."It had to be my favorite outfit too," she said sadly. "I should have gotten some of my friends to help." She held the bucket, and looked at the ground, embarrassed.

Flayace was minding her own businesses, looking around, not really paying attention, when someone ran into her. It didn't hurt at all, it just startled her. She moved when the person knocked her, about 3 feet to the right. She turned around, getting out of the fantasy world in her head. The person was male, and quite tall, compared to her. She smiled at him. "Hello there. It's fine." She laughed a bit, not at him, but that he was apologizing. When she heard something to do with his power, she was a bit perplexed.

She wanted to ask, but she sensed that the boy would tell her on his own time, if they actually were to even talk again after this. "Don't worry about it. I am Flayace." She looked at his hair, she loved the color of it, nice a light. She was about to say something when she heard a loud bang, kind of like the sound water makes when it drops.

"What was that?" She said quietly. She looked around the room and saw a fallen bucket, with water spilling out of it. "Someone dropped water for their horse?" That was highly likely, she had seen people do it all the time, if they put too much water in, or we not strong enough to carry it. "Should we go check?" She said to the boy. She had not seen anyone, and she didn't really want to use her power at this time, so she thought that the best way to do things would be to explore it all. She thought that it would be fun, and smiled at the boy.

It was nice to run into someone. Well, not nice, but cool to meet someone else. Even if it was because he had run into her. He grinned at her comment that it was fine. "That's good." He nodded and checked his hat to make sure it was over his ears. He pulled a strand of hair from his face that was effecting his echolocation and tickling his nose. He hated it when they did that. His hair never stayed in place.

If she really wanted to know what he meant, Morgan would be willing to tell her what he meant when he referenced his powers like that. It wasn't like his power was all terrible or anything. It wasn't embarrassing either. It was just simple and allowed him to see. "Morgan. Nice to meet you." Flayace? What an interesting name.

The banging noise echoed throughout the stables and almost made him jump. Morgan resisted twitching his ears at the noise and instead looked in the direction he heard it from. His echolocation sensed a bucket and a girl and something that hurt his head, so he looked away.

"Something must have fallen." He offered when Flayace asked her question. Sure, it was probably rhetorical, but whatever. "We can." He agreed, turning his head to find that there wasn't anymore of that weird thing that hurt his head. Good. He walked over to the girl who had just stood up and was wiping her skirt off and small things that moved too fast for him to sense them. "You alright?" He asked. Hey, he had to make sure she was.

Obsidian began to laugh, sliding towards the stables. It would appear that a little gathering was happening in this structure, and he relished in the opportunities that involved meeting new people. The skis stopped suddenly, hitting a rock possibly, but Obsidian merely stepped forward compensating with the mild inertia and summoned a walking cane from his sleeve. He began to walk with it, into the stables. He gazed down at the spilled water with his deep purple eyes.

"I see...." he muttered, shedding a tear. They say never to cry over spilled milk, but water was something else, it was the essence of life! To see it spilled, in a mix of hay and horse feces
was unprecedented! He narrowed his eyes, looking at the two students with a frown and exhaled via his nose before pointing his cane at two, the light shining faintly on the black finish.

"Does one have something against buckets? Or does one enjoy spilling another's drink? Look at how bothered these horse's by such an act!" he said, trying out his 'teacher authoritarian voice.' He pointed to the horses in question, they looked at him blankly.

"Such agony in their eyes," he bit his thumb, with a look of empathy on his face.

Aspen blinked. She hadn't meant to drop the bucket, not at all. She picked it up and looked over at Moon's stall. 'It's okay, it's just a bucket of water.' Moon told her. Now the other people were coming closer, they might even talk to her!

"You alright?" Asked the boy in the duo. "Yes, I'm fine", she whispered so softly it was barely hearable. She looked at the ground, not wanting to say anymore. She dusted off her boots, and heard another horse.

"Does one have something against buckets? Or does one enjoy spilling another's drink?"

Aspen stopped. He seemed to be accusing the other two people. She stepped forward. "Um, excuse me, they didn't spill the water, I did. I didn't mean too, but it was too heavy and my wings gave out," she said unfolding them. He continued on, very meanly. The horses could care less they told her, it was one bucket of water. Aspens eyes started to water. She sniffed. He was saying mean hurtful words, and it was just an accident! 'Moon, I made need you to get ready to run, I knew there was a reason I don't like humans!' Her lips quivered and she grabbed the key on her necklace, debating what to do.

Flayace didn't want things to get weird In-between them, even though there was no stopping the other two people. "It was just water, an accident." She smiled weakly. It wasn't their fault, he other girl had spilt it.

They had just came here to see of she was okay, if she needed help. "It was just heavy." She looked down at the water. It was a shame to see water on the ground, in the state it was in. At least it was just a bucket, and not more. "Everything is fine." She smiled, trying to make everyone happy.
