Appearance Description: Zigal's appearance is typical of an air element rasharai. He is lanky, long bodied with four three clawed fingers and a thumb to match along with three clawed toes. He stands at 4'5 and weighs around 70lbs. Another species feature are his 'fins', small foldable wings on his forearms. When not in use, the wings wrap around his forearms like bracers, and when guiding himself through the air they unwrap and extend. Zigal also sports a long tail with a bladed end, which he has complete control over.
There are dark yellow markings covering his body from face to toe. The markings look like lightning bolts or jagged tiger stripes. These, along with his eyes and hair, glow when he is using his abilities. Like all rasharai, his eyes change color based on the prominent element in the area he is currently in. Zigal's hair is bright blond and is usually unkempt and windswept, matching his laid back personality.
One will often find Zigal dressed in outfits he deems stylish, most commonly a white jacket and black jeans.
Personality Description: At first glance, Zigal's appearance and mannerisms would lead many to believe he was pompous and perhaps 'too cool for school'. However, while he is a bit breezy as his element would imply, he is a very laid back individual with a geeky side and a heart of gold.
Zigs cares little in regards to formality and professionalism, favoring comfort, simplicity, and casual approaches to social situations. He tries his best to make sure people feel at ease around him, maintaining a light-hearted attitude as much as possible. He is notoriously hard to offend directly and would prefer to disarm a situation with a joke and a bright smile rather than jump right into a fight.
At his core, Zigal is a true geek. He finds himself easily excited by the world around him, finding interest in things most may even find mundane. Having left his home to discover the world, Zigal does his best to take in as much as he can. While he is no longer in his home dimension and what he learns while in Monte Carlos may not help with his ultimate goal, he is no less excited by everyone and everything.
Though Zigal is a pacifist by default, his true dream is to become one of the Rixari, the guardian force of his people. While lacking in experience, he does practice and train himself to fight should he need to. Zigal has a strong sense of justice and though he may not be quick to stand up for himself, he will quickly come to the defense of others. He cherishes life in all of its forms and cares deeply for those he would call friend.

Air Manipulation
Zigal, like others of his species, has the ability to manipulate the element he is aligned with. As an air rasharai, he can control the flow of air to varying degrees.
— Gale Force: Zigal can stir up the winds to around category 1 hurricane levels based on the Saffir–Simpson hurricane wind scale within a few hundred foot scale area around him. Such winds would require a tremendous amount of effort and would only be able to be sustained for about a minute or two before Zigal would completely exhaust himself. Using controlled, and condensed, bursts of such wind allows Zigal to propel himself in different directions, including up. While in the air, Zigal can glide for a time using his ‘fins’ and additional magic power. To move up in categorical power, he would require the aid of one or more additional air rasharai.
— Lightning: By condensing and controlling the air in a small space, Zigal can create bolts of lightning that he can throw. He can also cause a lightning strike on a focused location within ten feet of him, as long as it remains in his line of sight. Also, as a species trait, Zigal is immune to the effects of electricity as he would just absorb it. However, it is worth noting that enough energy could overload him, causing him to discharge and pass out.
— Static shock: Using his naturally high polarity and inner energy, Zigal can jolt or shock an object or person via touch. The power of the shock is the equivalent of a taser (50,000 volts + a few milliamps.) The immediate power can grow to lethal (to human) levels depending on how much electricity Zigal has recently absorbed. The ampage grows the longer he holds onto the object or person, reaching .1 amp (100 milliamps) within about 10 seconds making the longer he holds you potentially lethal as well even without prior charge. Zigal can cut the current at any time, as such he would not necessarily shock you simply because you touched him.
Weaknesses:
— Overload: As stated above in the 'lightning' section, Zigal can become overloaded if he absorbs too much electricity. The overload causes an electrical discharge in a small area around him and causes him to pass out immediately after.
— Small Stature: Zigal, like the rest of his species, is on the smaller, lighter scale. As such, he is easily lifted, tossed, ect. His small frame also does not allow for heavy physical punishment, enough direct force will take him down.
– Naive: Zigal's lack in experience and his passive and trusting nature makes him easier to manipulate than most.
Biography:
Zigal was born in the rasharai capitol of Zix’Tiri. From a young age he dreamed of becoming one of the Rixari. He spent his early years practicing and studying for the tests. When it finally came time, he passed with flying colors barring one exception, he could not control his chaos state. While this was not uncommon for many aspiring rasharai, Zigal was devastated. None the less, he was encouraged by his family to go out into the world and find himself. Zigal agreed, hoping that self discovery would lead to the control he desperately desired.
He spent several months traveling around the Asta continent of Seorus before deciding to set sail for Vesper. While at sea, a storm set the ship he was on off track and wrecked near the *Ember or Lost Isles. Knocked unconscious and lost at sea, Zigal washed up on the shore of Manta Carlos.
Awaking in a daze in a new and unknown place, Zigal spent a few weeks getting his bearings. Now stuck in Manta Carlos for the time being, he is trying to make the best of a bad situation, learning all he can about his new surroundings.
*Additional Information: The Ember (or Lost) Isles, is an area of the Seorus map where the magical lay-lines of the planet converge. This causes storms and magical anomalies that make the islands difficult to navigate and/or find. In Zigal's case, the magical anomaly opened up a dimensional gateway that lead him to Manta Carlos.
