Savannah played with her hands, having nothing left to hold. She was sure he was having a bit of a laugh at her expense. She didn't mind really. It wasn't mean joking, for once. She smiled. Joking around with a random stranger, what fun!

"I am sorry if I struck a nerve.. So to speak. Though I am surprised you are.. Well.. Gorgeous."

Savannah laughed. She waved her hand. "Pfft," she didn't really know what to say. "Shut the door" she said laughing. Not literally, it was just an expression she used when she was complimented. Which rarely ever happened, which was to bad, she thought it was pretty funny. He said something about knowing more. She didn't really have much more to say about it.

"How did you come to attend Starlight? Sorry if that is personal. I just wish to understand more about you."

Savannah laughed. She understood what he meant. Even it did sound weird. She didn't mind, she supposed. "Well, after my parents uh, died, and my Aunt and Uncle took me in, life was pretty good. But, my relatives found out about Starlight Academy, and they thought they should send me here to learn about being a vet, and my powers."

That was that, it wasn't a very interesting story, at least not to her. Mostly because it was her own story. She wondered about what was that again. Ah right, Telios. An interesting name. She wondered about his story.

"Pfft,"

Tellios blinked a few times and looked around as she pfft. He almost went red. Then he remembered he couldn't He was a robot. He had no blood to do anything with in order to blush. He thought that he was saying something wrong as is. Complementing not working?

"Shut the door"

Tellios instantly started to laugh a moment, he had never heard that at all. Even then. he loved hearing new heads. He loved things like this.

"Shut the door? That's new.." He rubbed his chin as he finished laughing. He had listened intently to her past. He was interested.

"Well, after my parents uh, died, and my Aunt and Uncle took me in, life was pretty good. But, my relatives found out about Starlight Academy, and they thought they should send me here to learn about being a vet, and my powers."

He was intent on listening to hers, but he felt that he should tell her hims. He looked around and sighed for a moment and another tea was put in front of him as he reached down and took a drink. He put the cup down and smiled slightly.

"Well.. Mine's not as.. Nice. I escaped some kind of captivity, a testing place of sorts. No parents or family and I ended up coming here after a few years being a Nomad. I was always aware of my powers. Least I think so."

If she asked he would go into his own powers. If she had a phone, he would enjoy this.

Savannah was glad that he laughed, and didn't think she was weird. She'd been made fun of in the past for the was she talked- with an accent, for the words she used. It never made sense to her that people could make a big deal over something so petty. She peered into his drink, having not been sure the whole time what it was. Looked like some kind of tea.

"Well.. Mine's not as.. Nice. I escaped some kind of captivity, a testing place of sorts. No parents or family and I ended up coming here after a few years being a Nomad. I was always aware of my powers. Least I think so."

Savannah chuckled softly to herself. Most people found her childhood tragic but having escaped from-wait, did he say captivity? A testing place? What kind of cruel inhumane beasts would do such a thing? That made Savannah angry.

"Testing place? Why, what are your powers? And who would do that?!" She was suddenly extremely curious about this guy. Not that she hadn't been before, but the history of a person generally aroused curiosity in people. She leaned in more to listen, interested in what he had to say.

She pulled the cowgirl hat off her head, letting herself cool off a bit, and fixed her blonde hair. She plopped it back on her head, and pushed her hair off her shoulders. Maybe she should buy another coffee drink. She suddenly felt very warm. Probably just anger. She couldn't believe people still did that-to other human beings too!

Tellios watched her play with her hair and was almost mesmerized with it. It had a beautiful blonde sheen to it as she moved it and he shook his head. The thought went away. She asked for more. Tellios wasn't going to let a lady down. Thought he feared more than just letting her down.

"I... Was created so to speak. Well actually I am an experiment. A failed one at that. Anyways. They were trying to create a Synthetic humanoid. Did tests on me on why I wasn't working right. What was wrong with me. Why I wasn't perfect. Taking me apart, putting me together again." He said with a half smile on his face. A small Spider like robot walked along the sofa and he looked at it. "i am made out of these little and ones tinier than that. Call them nanites. The scientists were trying to play god. And their creation.. Got the best of them."

He said. He took another drink as the nanite went into his body again. Melding with the flesh that made Tellios twitch for a moment then look at Savannah. She was gorgeous, but she wasn't one to receive any praise from anyone. So he just played it all off and looked into his tea cup. Trying not to make anything more awkward.

Savannah listened to his story, amazed. She'd never heard of any such thing. He was really completely human! She hadn't noticed it before, and she didn't really notice it to much now. it blended in so nicely. She twitched a little at the spider like thing, but knew that it was nothing gross, but was rather fascinated by it.

"Wow, that really is some past! I can't even imagine..." she really didn't know what to think at all. She leaned in closely to carefully observe him. She studied his eyes closely, hoping no to freak him out, and noticed lines in there? Before she could stop herself she reached out to tap his arm. She wanted to know what it felt like. Realizing her stupidity, she drew her hand back.

"Oh sorry, I was just curious. I promise I won't think anything differently of your personality."

She couldn't stand when people did that. She was determined not to do that. And it was true, she didn't think of him any differently, it was an academy for special people right? She wondered what it was like to be made up of things. She was a curious person in general, but no one had ever captivated her attention like Tellios did.

"Well, that's their loss, I think their stupid," she said with a strong shake of her head. "You're an amazing person, from, uh, what I've talked with you about, and uh, stuff. " She hoped she didn't scare him away with her awkwardness, she'd really never had this happen before. Some small strange feelings. Oh well, she was probably just crazy, right?

"You're telling me." He said, his gaze still inside his cu as he snapped back into reality he looked over and smiled a bit. The lines in his head were there. Then they were gone for a little while. Then again. Tellios wanted to see everything with out text or his HUD in the way. He saw her hand pull away from him. Was she going to touch the Bot? Like anything bad would happen. Though Tellios was always worried about the nanites that are exposed to anyone.

"Oh goody, I always wanted to be looked at like a person!"

He said with a little chuckle. Not much was in his mind as this point, he dropped some of beans on himself. The rest would be said at another time, when she REALLY wants to to. OR needs to know. Which ever comes first.

She said that they were wrong, that Tellios himself was an amazing person. He never believed it. He always found those words hollow. Meaningless. Though it was the thought that counts. He nodded his head with a half smile.

"A complement from a cute girl like you? Aren't I just lucky today." He said taking a sip of his tea. "Though.. You are pretty Awesome yourself."

Even though Tellios was one of the people here. He felt out of place. He was technology in the realm of Magic.

Savannah wondered if Tellios had a hard time talking about his past. She knew she did. But his past must have been really hard, and not something he'd like to remember. Why did it seem that so many people had tragic pasts? She wished that people didn't have to suffer so much.

"Oh goody, I always wanted to be looked at like a person!"

Savannah frowned a little and hesitated, not sure if he was being sarcastic. She wished she wasn't, but she was a rather sensitive person, and any uncertainty would cause her to draw back and close up. "Oh" she said sadly," sorry." She leaned back against the couch, and sighed. She really wanted more coffee, but she probably shouldn't spend.

"A complement from a cute girl like you? Aren't I just lucky today." He said taking a sip of his tea. "Though.. You are pretty Awesome yourself."

Savannah smiled weakly. She had a feel that he didn't believe the words, that they fell on deaf ears. "Thanks, but I'm nothing special." She wanted to tell him that there were loads of way prettier girls, and nicer too, but she doubted he felt like listening to a lecture from a girl who was always a bit insecure on her looks.

Raised as a farm girl, looks meant nothing really. She never had time to make herself look extra pretty, or apply nice make up like the other girls at school did. Yet she managed to catch the eye of a fine looking gentleman. "Gentleman. Ha!", she scoffed out loud. She covered her mouth. She didn't mean to say that, not for others to hear anyway.

He really didn't mind this whole situation, she seemed like a great girl thought his comment about being seen as a person didn't seem to make her laugh instead of that she had a frown on her face. He sighed a little. He did mean it as a joke so he thought he would make that clear.

"I did not mean any ill intent Savannah. I did mean it as a joke. I do like being treated as a person considering my.. Current status. No need to be sorry."

She kept saying she was nothing special. Though to Tellios no one was nothing but special. Thought to sit and talk to Tellios that said far more than anything. He decided to speak up, even if it would be problematic in the future.

"I don't believe that you are not what you think. You are gorgeous and a very entertaining person to talk to. I enjoy that."

He moved his free hand to try to move to hers, then moved it away promptly after thinking it over. The original thought was to try to reassure her that she was 'special'. Though he felt that it wasn't something that she wanted or would work at this point in time. Even then he tried to figure out what to say next with in reasonable time. Then he noticed she had nothing to drink and he had a new drink.

"Want a coffee on me? I mean.. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. If you got someplace to be, you can take it to go."

Savannah felt like a stupid person for making Tellios think he did something wrong. She sighed very quietly. She was always doing something stupid. She smiled again. She didn't want him to think she was mad at him .She wasn't, and could really imagine being angry. Although it would be bound to happen some day, if the continued to be friends.

"It's okay Tellios, I was just being a silly filly."

She laughed out loud. She always knew that some day she would use her farm language, and there, she just had. She giggled a little thinking of other phrases they used. There were a lot. Some of them were so silly, but that was the purpose. Lighten the air, even on the hardest day of work.

"I don't believe that you are not what you think. You are gorgeous and a very entertaining person to talk to. I enjoy that."

Savannah smiled. Such a nice guy. She'd really never known anyone like him. The concept of some one being nice to her was kinda new. What an exciting thing!

"Thanks Tellios, I was fishing for comments though, I promise. I think your're amaze too, and you shouldn't let people think different of you. Your'e the nicest robot person I've ever met! And that's a big compliment."

She laughed. Those were some words she never thought she'd say. She agreed to the idea of coffee. She waved the waitress down, ordered a to-go coffee, and paid. After having it handed to her, she looked at her watch.

"Oh, I should probably go. I didn't know it was this late. She stood up. It was really nice to meet you Tellios, hopefully we can meet again!"

She hoped the would, he was a great person, and friend. Hopefully they would meet in the near future.

Silly Filly? Tellios couldn't help but laugh at that. It was really interesting. He enjoyed new phrases just as much as new people. Maybe a little too much. He recorded that and ended up trying to find out what other phrases were from what seemed to be a farm from her voice. He found it as humans would say 'cute'.

Then she complemented him. It was different and almost caught him off guard.

"Thank you Savannah, would have been more of an insult coming from some other than you." He said with a laugh in his voice.

He watched her check her watch and then leave, all he could do is watch her leave. That was all. He was once again left to solitude. Like he always did. Nothing was louder than silence after that. He had hoped to see her again. Sometime soon. Maybe at the school. Then maybe somewhere in a nice little restaurant. Maybe. That was completely different. He wanted to at least see her again. He made a... Very good looking friend.

Taking another sip from his tea he sighed. Listening to the conversations around him, logging anything specific that was going on.
