It was a quiet Saturday morning in the dorms. Most of the students living within had already gone out for the day, while only a few lazed around in the student lounge. The building had a sleepy atmosphere, it was a normal day, not much interesting was bound to happen for its inhabitants.
Evie, naturally, wouldn't stand for that.
She stood in the west hallway, between two doors, a small rope in her hands. After a small glance around to make sure no one was paying much attention to her, she wound each end of the rope around the handles of both doors, tying them together. Once the rope was taut and secured, she then knocked on both the doors and back off a few paces.
Both doors open almost at the same time, but barely managed to open an inch. There were a few muffled curses heard, then they both tried again, yanking the door even harder, but failing to get any further thanks to the rope.
Evie just stood there in the hallway and watched, barely managing to suppress a giggle as both parties struggled, getting even louder the more frustrated they got.
