Where do I go?

After everything this is Skyler's first time wondering the school lines. I got his room, signed the forms, and now its time for classes, but.... Um.... Where are the classes. Skyler had looked at the map over and over again, but none of it told him where he could find his power classes....

Looking around in the maze school, Skyler had no clue on which direction the classes would be in. Everything looked about the same in the school, and not knowing very many people, doesn't help much ether.
Letting out a gush of air, Skyler gives the map a last try.

Nope... this is just stupid now.... Crippling up the paper in his hand, Skyler throws it across the hall out of frustration. The map made n sense to him, the school was a maze. Nothing was not going right....

Just as he was ending his hopes, the ring of the bell began.
He. was. late. for. class.

Noelle walked causally down the halls to Power Classes. She'd stayed late to finish writing something and submit it, so now she was probably going to be late. But, she was trying to keep her cool on, resulting in a perfectly normal demeanour. But, as the class bell rang, she couldn't help but feel urgency rush through her, and her feet picked up the pace a little. She nervously hovered some snow and ice above her hands, and she walked quickly.

She stopped abruptly when she almost ran into a young man. He seemed to have thrown a piece of paper to the floor. She looked at him curiously, wondering what the stranger was doing. She didn't exactly feel like being sociable, but she did like to help out the fellow student. "You lost stranger?" She felt nosy, so she picked up the piece of paper on the floor. "She mumbled an "oops" do to the fact that she covered the map in ice. She stopped the hovering elements and gazed at it before she chucked it to the floor, shattering the ice. "Oops" was what she said, once again.

....
There wasn't much to say on this... With Skyler's ability he could have gotten to class in a snap of a finger, but without knowing where to go. He couldn't be to class in a snap. Letting out an annoying sigh. Skyler turned to the side just as a girl running bumped into him.

His eyes widen in alarm and with total instinct, Skyler wrapped his arms around her, hoping she won't fall. As soon as he knew she was steady on her feet, Skyler let her go.
She gave Skyler a curious look which he gave back at her. Why she looking at me like that?
Before long she spoke,

"You lost stranger?" She said.

Skyler only gave a nod to her. He didn't use his words, he didn't have to really, and that's one thing he enjoys most. Answering someone without having to use words.
One the other side of the hall the girl picked up the piece of paper Skyler had thrown away. Just as she touched it, the paper turned to ice which she broke afterwards.

Doing that she said "Oops", but Skyler only smiled. He throw away the paper for a reason so he really didn't care about it much, plus she just showed him what she could do. Bending the elements was always something interesting to Skyler. He had wished he got the power t bend elements at will, but his ability is still something handy.

Skyler didn't know if she could bend them all. He just took a guess on it, because she was able to use ice.

"I didn't need it anyways..." He said calmly.

Noelle looked at the young man interested. She wondered where exactly he was trying to go. If she was in any luck, he could be trying to get to power classes. They weren't to much farther away, and if that was what he was looking for, he did a pretty good job. "I don't suppose you're headed to power classes are you?" She really hoped he was. Obviously she wasn't going to leave him to get more lost, but what if wasn't going to power classes, what if his class was completely opposite of where they were!? Noelle calmed herself. He had a map, or used to anyway, she was pretty sure that could have helped a little. After all, the closest class near by were the power ones.

As she waited for his answer, which didn't take long to come, she collected the frozen pieces of ice, and just as they came, she made them leave. She picked up the map and chucked it into a nearby trash can. It was always good to keep the hallways clean. She tried to keep herself calm instead of fretting about how late she was going to be. She had legit excuses, and she despite her icy attitude, she didn't feel right leaving this guy to fend for himself in the confusing school. She'd been like that once, and she still got lost occasionally.

"I don't suppose you're headed to power classes are you?" The young girl had questioned.

Giving the girl a smile, Skyler nodded for his respond. This is one of the reasons he liked girls better then males, their questions were easy to answer. He didn't need to say much to something or even speak for that matter.

Once Skyler gave his answer to her, she grabbed the broken pieces of ice that once were his map off the ground. He didn't react to her pick up the sharp ice because if she could control it, it wasn't going to hurt her.
Just the way she brought it into this world, she sucked it away from it. Skyler widened his eyes in amazement. He knew she was an elementist, but he had no idea that she could do that. He was kind of glad that she shows her ability's willingly, but its odd to him. For most of his life Skyler hardly ever used his power. There never was a time for it or it scared people and soon enough Skyler was along.

In a flash of light Skyler was behind her, looking over the pieces of paper that laid softly in her hand. It didn't seem like she noticed he was behind her, but Skyler's ears twitched as she walked over to the trash can and throw out the pieces f paper. As they fell from her hand to the bottom of the trash can Skyler, smiled. This girl was something. He liked her, even though he didn't surely knew her. Just the way she acted, the way she did things, made him smile.

When the boy nodded, Noelle felt relieved. She could get them both their in no time, and the would be in the same class. That must mean they were close in age. She looked at the paper then back up, noticing that he'd gotten there awfully quickly. She shrugged, maybe she just wasn't paying attention.

She pulled her head back up, "well.... wait, what's your name? Mine name is Noelle, I'm sixteen what about you? You can answer as we walk, we're late!" She grabbed his wrist gently and pulled him down the hallway, then she made a right, being careful to catch his name and age. She didn't want to forget.

She felt relieved that power classes were more laid back. They wouldn't get in as much trouble. Besides he was lost and she helped him, a completely perfect reason. And it was true! She just hoped that everyone didn't stare at them when they entered she hated that. Just then, they reached the door. "Oh," she said, and let go of his wrist. She felt a little silly, but she was one to take control.

As he stood behind her, Skyler saw that she shrugged. He didn't know what that had meant there could have been a million reason to why she shrugged at him, but Skyler didn't think to much about it.
"well.... wait, what's your name? Mine name is Noelle, I'm sixteen what about you? You can answer as we walk, we're late!" She said grabbing Skylers wrist as they ran in the direction of the power classes.

She had said quite a bit in a hurry, Skyler only answered the ones he could remember.
"Skyler, 15" Pausing for a moment to think while she pulled him away from the spot they were in, he looked at her loose hair that flew in the wind that was created when they ran.

"And Its nice to meet you..." He said trying to give a smile.

"Oh," she said She said once they had reached the door of the power classes, Skyler wasn't ready to rush right in there, so he looked at Noelle and tapped her on the shoulder. Trying to say something like thanks, without really saying the word itself.

He looked at the door trying to figure out if he should open it first or let her try. He thought deeply on this, but he didn't know if she was a shy one or a brave one.
"Shall I go first?" He asked her.

Skyler and he was fifteen. Good, he wasn't much younger than her at all. He acted pretty calm for a guy his age, which was always good. She drilled Skyler into her brain, so she wouldn't forget his name. That would be terrible. Luckily for her, she had a good memory. She looked at the door for a second. 'Decisions decisions' she thought to herself. She didn't mind opening the door, but she dreaded the fact that everyone would probably stare at them.

She looked at Skyler. There was only one thing to do. "Let's both open and go in at the same time. We'll share the idiots staring at us." She said with a tint of sarcastic cheerfulness in her voice. Not to him, of course, but preparing herself for ridicule. Once they both had their hands on the long handle, they pulled it open, and Noelle peeked her head inside.

She knew Skyler was probably reluctant to enter in there, with everyone looking at them, but it had to be done. "C'mon" she whispered gently, and gave his hand a little tug. The door closed quietly behind them. Noelle looked at the room. All the students were standing against a wall, on the right side of the room. Several yards away, an instructor stood in the middle of a long row of practice dummies. All the students were lined up as to be facing one. There were two dummies without students in front of them. "Bingo!' she whispered quietly.

She pulled him over, next to the other students, they were the last two people of the chain to the furthest left. She looked at her dummy who stood helplessly in the distance. 'Probably meant to be attacked with the students powers' she thought to herself. The guy next to her elbowed her in the side. "Well if it isn't the prodigal students" he whispered mockingly.

Noelle could have frozen him. She so wanted to. But, they were already late as it was, and freezing other students would look bad on her progress card. She looked over at Skyler for a second. Shaking her head a little to indicate the fact that she thought the boy was an idiot. She sighed and pulled a black hair band from her wrist. With a few quiet movements she finished off her hair into a braid down her back, and placed her hands against the wall. The teacher had been pointing to a chart the whole time, and did not seem to notice.

Skyler watched Noelle closely, he didn't know what she was thinking about, but she was surely thinking about something. As time went by, no one had said anything. Skyler had figured she was like him in a way, so he opened the door before she spoke out. Behind him he knew he wasn't suppose to do that, but she hadn't said anything for a bit so you couldn't blame him.

As the door opened at Skylers pushed, he noticed that everyone seemed distracted. Only a few people who were curious, turned around to look at them. Skyler did't mind that much, but there was a lot of people in the room which he did mind. Noelle tugged on Skyler sleeve telling him to come, so Skyler followed her.

He followed her to 2 dummies on the far end of the room. Those had to be the spots where Noelle and Skyler must be. Pulling him along to the spots, Skyler and Noelle lined up with the other students. Off in the distance, Skyler could see a damaged dummy. It had sat on an angle from all the attacks it must have withstand.

"Well if it isn't the prodigal students" A guy had whispered mockingly on the right side of Noelle.
Skyler gave him a deadly glare, as he flips his head towards him. Putting together some words, he speaks in an teasing voice.

"And here we have a dumb a**, who "thinks" hes better then everyone else..." Skyler smiles, a sly, devious, smile, as he looks at the guy who spoke before him.

Although Noelle always stood up for herself, she thought it was better to let the jerk be. That's why she almost broke her neck from whipping her head towards Skyler. She didn't think that such strong words could come from a such a peaceful looking person. She smiled, expect the unexpected they always say.

She reached up to rub Skyler's should "Nice, Surprising, but nice." She was sure they wouldn't get away with that though. Sure enough the guy turned to speak but just as he did, the teacher made an announcement. They were to use their powers to attack the dummies. They could get as close or far as they like. If their powers weren't something they could use to attack, there was a lovely collection of assorted weapons to use.

Noelle felt a little nervous. Some of these people weren't exactly forgiving. What if the guy came back for revenge? She pushed the thought out of her head. Some one would see, and she could protect herself. And she was sure Skyler could too. She looked at the dummy.

She turned to Skyler and shrugged. "Guess we should get to work!" She looked carefully at the dummy before saying "ciao" and covering the whole thing in ice. Leave it in there for awhile, and it was a goner. But Noelle didn't exactly care for such violence. She looked around the room. Everyone was attacking their dummies, and the teacher was sitting down, fixing a knife handle.

She shrugged. She could only blast the dummy so many times. She drew the ice away, and thought about what to do. She loved the dress mannequins, this wasn't much different right? So she created a nice light ice dress with a matching hat and shoes. Than she created a top hat for herself and placed it on her head. She tipped it and bowed to Skyler. "Ta da!"
