Paradox went silent momentarily, before his voice rang in Alec's head again.

"Ho... So do you hear me, new guy? I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. But I like you, ya know?"

"Oh goddammit!!" Alec hissed and held his head before turning around, as if his head was in pain all of a sudden. Paradox was pissing him off today, the guy was being a big jerk. Paradox continued to laugh...

...and then it stopped. And then Alec relaxed, and turned around towards the two.

"Sorry 'bout that. Of course, you can come with us, uh... What do we call you? I'm... Alec." He held out his hand for a shake, and maybe so he could pull him up.

"It's fine, no offense taken. I'm Corv-, I mean Ko. Now if you don't mind but where the hell are you?" Ko, took the helpful hand, somewhat disoriented by the third voice. It didn't come from any conceivable direction. Just, out. He looked around, seeing who it was.

"Thanks for letting me come. The boat trip was a bit much for me, and the sun doesn't make this much easier. Didn't mean to tumble into your day." Korite said the pun off of reflex, always responding to embarrassment with humor even when it's improper for the situation.He then fiddled with his hearing, aids, hoping for some kind of change in the other three's volume.
It was bothering him how clear they were.

Paradox was silent in Alec's head for a moment once more, but the latter felt like he was grinning. And then came his voice. "Awesome. He hears me, Alec. You do here me, Ko, don't you? First person ever. I'm Paradox, but I'm also Alec, and he is me. We share the same body, but we're two different identities."

Alec was shocked. That was the first time either of them ever laid everything out to another person so easily. Paradox must have taken a liking to this tall albino.

"Well, there's your answer," Alec mumbled. Violet probably would have no idea what he was talking about, unless she decides to read his mind. Then there'd be two people who'd know about Paradox and not just one.

Shrugging it off, Alec chuckled at the pun. Not because he was laughing at him, unlike Paradox, but because he appreciated humor in puns and always found them funny, in varying degrees. "It's fine, Ko. Come with us. Any particular building you've been meaning to visit?" He flinched a bit, and the gestured towards Violet. "Oh, and this is Violet by the way. I think she can talk to you in your mind but just in case you missed her name."

Violet would stay mostly quiet as the two men talked towards each other, keeping out of both their minds. Privacy was high on her list of things to never, ever violate.

Hearing Alec say it was fine if the newcomer, Ko, came with them, Violet would smile at the man gently, vainly wondering if he could see her even doing it. If the glasses and cane were any indication, though...

"Ah, I do apologize for not introducing myself. I was more concerned over your well being. Now that we know you're okay, however, and we know you'll be joining us, do you know exactly where we're taking you? This is a big place, and i'm sure you don't just wanna wander around all day with us." Violet would speak to Ko, keeping her warm smile on her face. It was redundant to ask this twice, but the girl figured the man was probably disoriented and had a lack of...spatial awareness.

Standing there, she'd politely wait for an answer or something else to happen. She couldn't shake the feeling there was something going on that she was missing out on, though...

*OOC: Hey, sorry for the massive delay guys, Driver's Ed and a full time job are kinda kicking my rear atm,and I live on a huge plot of land so constant upkeep there. I'll try to be orderly and on time from now on!*

*ooc: Its fine amby. Pardon my absence as well, i was with my family on vacation.***
Corvus extended his cane, then paused.
"Don't worry about this," he said tapping it twice against the ground, "legally, I'm blind. In reality I just have an extreme nearsightedness. I can see both of your faces okay from here, but beyond that it's harder."
Adjusting the strap around his wrist, he continued.
"I wouldn't mind stopping in at the cafeteria. After, I need to pick up my luggage from the nurses office. I also have to submit for a..." he paused suddenly. Just as suddenly he returned "a roommate to check that I'm not... injured." He paused again, seemingly drawing back into his jacket more. "It's hard for me to tell."

"Roommate?" Alec tilted his head. He almost forgot, he was told a couple of days ago that he was going to be assigned a roommate some time this week, the staff were just unsure who, and that was why he needed to buy some fresh coffee beans. He wanted to welcome whoever it was with the wonderful scent of coffee.

He also eyed Ko's cane, before glancing up at him. "You'll be fine with us, don't worry. Uh, now... shall we?"

"Hey, hey! Dude! Tell me you hear me! Seriously, I want to hear you say it!"

Paradox was practically shouting in his head, which made him sigh to himself. Trying to ignore that second voice, he led the way to the cafeteria.

Thankfully, it wasn't such a busy hour and when they got there, there were many empty tables in the mess hall to choose from.

Violet would simply smile at the two men, nodding at them both in turn. She was about to say something when she realized she quite literally couldn't. Still, it was worth a shot, wasn't it? Violet would try to project her voice into both men's heads, the result a barely audible version of her voice, which would be highly disguised by the natural brain waves and activity. As such, her voice would seem to have some form of grainy filter.

"Well, seeing as Ko needs to pick his things up and he needs a guide, then Alec why don't you go take him to get his stuff, and i'll go secure us a table in the cafeteria? Then we can meet up in there?" Violet would say, though what they heard was dependant on what each man could make out. From there, not truly knowing if they heard or not, she would begin skipping off and smiling, aiming for the cafeteria. If one of the men called out for her, she would stop and look back confused. If not, she would keep going, in hope they met her there.

Korite still felt very nervous. He just wasn't very used to people being very upfront and trustful of him. He nodded to the girl, hearing her clearly.
"We get my trunks, then meet for lunch. Got it." He affirmed quietly back. Ko then tried to remember the directions to the office, failing miserably.
"Ready al? Because I haven't a clue where we're heading." Ko said while turning to the other remaining person(s?). He still felt odd around him, like a live wire. There was just a vibration in him. And his head didn't let a thought out. It was too chaotic to enter. Imagine trying to hear a song while the radio is playing static. This left only one possible way in, and it tempted Ko to try for it. Not now though.

Alec paused, turning to both people before Violet started skipping to the cafeteria while Ko remained. He had only been able to make out a bit of what Violet said, thanks a lot Paradox, and he only heard the "meet up there" part. He turned to Ko, and thankfully this man repeated what Violet said that he obviously didn't pick up.

"Okay, let's go. Uh... So after getting your stuff, we meet Violet again, right?" After that, he would really have to go buy that coffee he's been meaning to get since this morning. "Let's go then." But for now, he led the way to the offices, making sure Ko was just behind or beside him, because he worried the guy might get lost if he walked too fast and ahead.
