"Don't you have something more.. useful to do than sit around questioning me? Come on now, we could both die." He forgot to mention that the creatures acted as if she didn't even exist. She could probably completely abandon him and escape without a scratch. From the creatures, anyways.

Violet thought a moment then gasped. "We need to find those other survivors!" She started climbing down the tree.

Violet yelped loudly and moved her head up so the hair wouldn't get pulled as badly. "Hey! That hurts!" She glared. Reaching up, she took hold of her hair and yanked, trying to get it back.

Frozen with fear and the image of being torn to pieces by the wolves that awaited them at the foot of the tree, Violet nodded quickly once. She tried to climb back up beside him, but it was kind of hard since he was holding her hair in his grip. "Wish I had a gun right now," she muttered, wanting it both to kill the wolves and to use it on Baine.

Once she had gotten herself up beside him, Violet glared. "Three problems. One: I haven't used my wings enough to have them being used so much. Two: My weight, plus your weight, equals too heavy."

He muttered. "Guess you should lose some weight, then." A loud CRASH was heard along with the cracking of wood. The tree shook. Baine looked below to see a giant dire mutant wolf slam against the tree. It wouldn't be long before the whole thing tumbled over to the ground. "Crap.. we need to get off this tree NOW."

Violet noticed he didnt comment about her not saying the third reason, and was now glad she hadn't. Quickly, she grabbed hold of him, sent a prayer above asking that she not die--she really didn't care whether Baine did or not--and started to fly.

She kept her eyes above to the trees, not below. She knew if she looked down, she would throw up. And she doubted Baine would be very happy at her ruining his clothes.

Knowing she would probably throw up from exhastion once she landed, Violet forced herself to fly as far as she could before dropping the boy into a tree. She crashed into the one next to it, half on half off of a branch, and went unconscious.
