"You wouldn't be taken to any sort of foster home. I would be right here with you. And I could end the coma at will. If anyone came I could simply make it disappear. You would wake up and would not feel any sort of pain - it would be as if it had never happened. There are absolutely no draw backs whatsoever. You would only feel a sharp pinch when I did it, but wouldn't feel a thing while under the coma. And I don't need to do anything noticeable to end it. It's up to you, but there is really no reason not to."

"You seriously have personality issues, one minute your nice and the next your mean and rotten and selfish. Which are you normally? Or is it you have a split personality?" She asked curiosly, she would have Corona put her in a comma if it hadn't been for her dream about some guy and Paul/Coronal fighting. Though the personality was different, she whimpered lightly as she waited for his answer.

Berserker watched Corona with a mistrustful gaze, he was always changing. He wondered how much of a personality malfunction the boy had. He didn't enjoy his long 'dicussion' with the boy, though most would admit it was more like a agruement or a fight.

"I'm afraid I don't know what you are talking about." Was she referring to Paul? That seemed odd to him. Paul didn't really do anything out of line. In fact, he was the one that brought her here. Corona wondered if it had to do with him being a human. Whether or not they knew he was an angel, it was a bit more difficult to hate one. Something to do with the natural respect of God and his messengers implanted in the human mind, Corona figured.

"When was I ever rude and selfish? I don't recall."

"I'm afraid I don't know what you are talking about."

She sighed, "You don't remember being rude? I pity you. Well I guess as long as Berserker's here I'll be alright, but if you kill me or put me in a foster home I sware I'll do one of four things. Kill you, haunt you, kill me, or kill the foster parents." She said bluntly.

"When was I ever rude and selfish? I don't recall."

"I sware you were being rude I just can't remember when." She whimpered as her fever slowly rose, her skin color paled she looked sickly. She had gotten her leg infected somehow, and the nurses were too obsessed with being lazy to give a care about the young girl.

She whimpered and nodded, awaiting the pain of the hit. Though before he could even hit her she passed out. She looked dead from the paleness of her skin and the sweatdrops beading down her face. They slowly stopped but leaving her in a rather weak looking manner. She looked ill and felt miserable even in her black slumberland of being passed out.

Berserker eyed Corona suspiciously.

Berserker sighed, he had no clue where the boy was going and didn't ask. He presumed the boy had decided to disappear again. He didn't want to deal with the boy so he didn't ask. He figured he could tell Maura that the boy was so ashamed of himself being a coward that he left her alone. Or something stupid and yet believeable.

What Berserker didn't know is that Corona planned on being back quite soon. Paul had fallen asleep again, and Corona had come up with something. He left the hospital and went a few blocks down the street to the bank. Walking up to the bank teller, he gave a code and asked to take out money from the account. He took off the chain that was around his neck (which held a cross at its end) and gently pulled off the end of the cross, revealing a small key. Something that Paul never knew existed. Giving the key to the bank teller, she opened the vault in the back and retrieved a box from inside. Taking the box back to Corona, it was opened to reveal an incredibly large sum of money. Something Paul thought he would be unable to access until he was 18.

"This should be enough." Corona said to himself, as he took some of the cash from the box. Though it didn't look like much, it equaled out to be nearly 10 thousand dollars.

Upon arrival back to the hospital, he demanded to see the person in charge. He gave every last dollar he got from the box to them, and demanded that Maura received the best care possible.

How little Paul knew about his life, Corona thought.

Maura stayed passed out for a while, Maura didn't trust banks. The minute she inherited her fortune from her grandfather she emptied the bank. She knew the law had various ways of stealing money, and not only that but people would become backstabbers if they knew her bankroll. She was rich but she had brains, Berserker and her were the only ones that knew where the money was and how to get at it. If she were to die the money would never be found or reached without major inflictions to the body. She and Berserker promised to remain mum about the secrets and promised to use it only when needed and took a small amount with them. No one knew what Maura considered small though.

Berserker watched the girl, her white hair layed girlishly against her pale yet blemish free skin. She was used to living rough even though she was rich, she often had to deal with things other kids did. People thought her a thief and many times treated her poorly. Maura had been beaten in her past but no one knew because of her rich girl demure and pose.

Corona came back into the room and sat on the bed. He smiled and both Berserker and Maura, when soon after many nurses and doctors came in and began using top equipment on her. The bill for these kinds of things was typically quite high, but Corona had given them enough and then some. In most situations the infection on her leg could have caused her to lose the limb, but the special treatment they would give her would assure that didn't happen.
