Sweet Violence

Her words nearly made him sick. Not that he hadn't heard such things before. This girl didn't even compare to some of the creatures Corona had faced. When he thought of the amount of sin and darkness that entered the world from her actions alone, it made him even more aware of the amount of darkness flooding the world.

"Your words are terrible. I cannot believe you utter them so cheerfully. How can you inflict such pain on the world? You do not understand the consequences of your actions. You hurt more than that single mortal when you slay them. You harm more than his family, his friends, his community. You hurt the world, and not just this world. Your mind is not strong enough to comprehend the pain you really bring."

Chad walked threw the forest after he had checked out his new school. He kept repeating in his head I finally made it to a school were they accept people with powers! He kept walking on and on in the forest. He didn't know where he was going but he didn't feel like worrying himself to death. He kept walking and finally got to the point were he knew he was going to overdose. To Chad it was pretty hot outside. He began to sleep while leaning against the long tree.

He began to rest his head on the tree. Until he heard something. His eyes awaken. Chad blinked twice. He heard the sounds "I know... isn't it wonderful! It's cheerful to think that finally I can torture people of lesser worth. You know I was taught wonderfully by my parents."
"Your sill not gone... your supposed to leave in order to live." "Get out of here or I'll have you sent to your death."

Chad just stood there trying to mind his on buisness. He began to hope that his brain wouldn't lead him to the trouble his ears heard. He stood there trying to get more rest. It began to get hot. Chad took of his shirt. He then heard more of the mysterious conversation. He couldn't help but to get up and walk over there. Chad snatched his shirt back on. He was facing three people. Chad stood there curious.

"Excuse me? Well, that is quite rude of you. Here I am, trying to be a nice guy, and help you out. And you tell me to leave and threaten to kill me. Someone really should teach you some manners, ya know? The world isn't your playground to do what you please with."

He shook his head at her and crossed his arms disappointingly. Let's see what she says to that!

Corona looked away from her as he felt darkness starting to take his mind. Normally such tricks wouldn't have any sort of affect on him. But normally he also wasn't in a human body. It seemed he wasn't going to solve this with words. But he couldn't even think of the last time he actually stopped a fight with words.

"Your tricks won't work on me. The power of the light shines through my body. Those who are known by the Lord are immune to such possession effects. Do you not know your enemies?" He sighed. "Bad guys these days are young and stupid. Back in my day we had three-thousand year old shadow dragons that required the sacrifice of young virgins to keep contempt. Now? Thirteen year old seductresses."

Sensing the imminent threat he unsheathed his sword (which transformed from a rusty piece of junk to a magnificent jeweled longsword) and held it up in a combat-ready position.

"I am a creature of the Light. You are a creature of Darkness. Surely even within your weak mind you understand that you are at a natural disadvantage. Do not force me to give an example of why that is true."
