Milk walked out of the water, watching the horse wash up on shore. She didn't want to punch him, and was honestly surprised he remained conscious. Though she wouldn't really call the state he was in 'conscious'. Still, she couldn't just leave him there. He was already suffering from heatstroke.

She moved closer and hefted the horse over her shoulders, holding it in a fireman's carry. Heavy, but not heavy enough to prevent her from lifting. With a grunt, she started off towards the school to drop Loch off at the clinic.

Lochlann never quite lost consciousness, but the space he was in couldn't quite be described as lucid. He was really hallucinating that a strong woman had punched him and was now carrying him over her shoulders.

Lochlann was a big horse. Milk was a strong woman.

The position pressed in on his stomach and Lochlann gave a low noise of pain, but couldn't drift much beyond consciousness to realize that this wasn't going to get better.

"Where are you taking me?" he slurred, human words straight from the horse's mouth.

"The Clinic. Not only are you suffering from heatstroke, you forced me to punch you. It is amazing you are still awake." She droned, still running across the streets, heading to the school.

Milk was making good time as well, almost as if she wasn't carrying a big horse over her shoulders. A big talking horse. This was a weird hallucination.

"No," Lochlann said, and the word seemed to regain some of his strength. "No, No, NO."

He hated clinics. He hated hospitals.

Lochlann squirmed and jolted and threw his weight around. He hurt too much to focus, but Lochlann managed to gain enough control to turn human, hoping it would unbalance her enough to drop him.

His voice was frantic and scared. "Anywhere BUT the clinic.

Milk slowed, not stopped by the transformation. If anything it strengthened her grip on the boy. She did shift him though, holding him in a bridal carry.

"You need help. Where would you prefer me to take you." She deadpanned, looking down with her endless brown eyes.

She kept moving though, never stopping her stride, just slowing slightly.

Lochlann did not like being carried. His fragile sense of masculinity was already shattered.

He fought and struggled when he could, biting at her with his not-at-all-strong human teeth, trying to escape her hold on him before she could take him there.

"Do not," he gasped, "take me. to the. clinic!"

She'd asked him where he wanted to go and Lochlann looked up at her desperately, his green eyes wide and frantic.

"Throw me back in the ocean," he said. He wasn't joking. "Don't come in this time. Just..toss me in?"

Gods his insides hurt. He wasn't even sure what hurt. Did people still yell 'AHH MY SPLEEN?"

Milk stopped dead in the middle of the road. She silently stared at Loch, Her chocolate orbs meeting his emerald ones. There was a long moment of silence, before Milk nodded.

The fighter spun on her heel, before charging off towards the ocean again. She was able to move a lot faster now that she wasn't lugging the scrub horse. Just the scrub.

Lochlann actually relaxed in her grip then, once they were moving back towards the ocean, though relaxed was a loose term because he was still in agony. It was more like Lochlann stopped physically fighting her.

"I'm sorry my hallucinations always end this way," Lochlann murmured. "This one was surprising. I didn't expect you to have a bear. i wish I could have taken you out for dinner first."

The scenery continued to speed by as Milk ran towards the beach again. The trees turned into buildings as she got closer and closer to the water. She glanced down at Loch again.

"You are not hallucinating, you know this, correct? Hallucinations can not punch." She deadpanned as she got closer to the sea.

"No, i think you are a hallucination," Lochlann said. "I mean, you're being nice to me and I just tried to eat you. THat's not something that happens in the real world."

The sea spray on his face felt remarkably real and Lochlann was losing his grip on his human shape again.

"If you were real, I'd ask if you wanted to get dinner Thursday night at the cafe with the raccooon on the sign downtown."
