Hallo! As a newbie to this here forum, I am in need of people to do plotting with. Some of you are already acquainted with Fenn vis a vi the ICC, but here’s a little something about him anyway;
General Background
Fenn’s a childlike, mothy-looking fae, and a very recent addition to the island. Rumor has it that the batch of fae he got shipped in with were part of an underground American drug-dealing Court. In particular, Fenn is aloof with uncertainty (being a new arrival in all), and a bit cautious in his habits, mostly keeping to himself aside from the few times he’s dipped into a bar or visited the Community Center. He’s got a smart mouth on him, but also a lot of unexplored curiosity regarding Manta Carlos and its many inhabitants.
Oh, and he has drugs, if you want to buy.

”Neighbor/ly Friend”:
Anyone Fenn just sees around block. Are you taking “how to act like a normal person” seminars like he is? You live in the same squished apartment building as him? Seen him around the bar? Sounds like you’re someone he’ll have run into, which means you’re someone he might hang out with, if only to fill out his “socialization” quota and figure out how this weird, cheery island works. He needs all the [strike]potential drug buyers[/strike] friends that he can get.
”Customer”:
Perhaps you’ve heard rumor that some of the new fae shuttled off to Manta Carlos know a thing or two about procuring drugs — and haven’t quite left their past behind. Fenn’s the guy you’re looking for. Right now, he’s just got “Spirit Mint”, but it’s still one hellova drug. He’s also someone you could look to if you yourself have some drugs needing to be distributed into the public, and you just don’t have the energy to do the dealing yourself. What a helpful guy!
(Side note; because he has some rough semblance of morality (and because kids run their mouths), he isn’t very willing to deal to people who aren’t “teenaged” or older.)
”OMG IT’S SO CUTE”:
Inevitably, some of you will see this small, fluffy drug-dealer and desire to hug him, and pet him, and squeeze him, and name him George. Fenn may run away. Or, possibly, he grumpily put up with this behavior. Preferably in exchange for tangible benefits. Entertainment, food, booze, etc. I mean, it’s not like he likes being admired, b-baka! He’s fully grown, thank you! Inversely, he’d be willing to look after characters in the five-to-fifteen age if they happen across his path. Gotta protect the small things.
