Name: Pandora “Pan” At’eed
Age: 15
Birthday: 5/13
Gender: Female
Class: High School
Grade: Sophmore

Appearance Description:

Pandora looks like someone confused on just who they want to be, but feel totally comfortable with it. That’s partially to do with the fact that she’s constantly experimenting and evolving herself as she learns about this new world she’s been exposed to. Her short-cut neck length, sandy blond hair is usually streaked with bright colors, and while she always changes out these streaks, she always makes sure to leave some of the original. Her steel grey eyes often look almost bored with the world, but upon being introduced to something that she enjoys, often fill with a sense of childlike wonder. Her build is average for her age, somewhere between curvy and skinny.

Her clothes are a whirlwind of changing styles, going from her authentic tribal furs (That she still has) to modern styles seamlessly. When not wearing her school uniform, it is common to see her wearing a pair of deerskin moccasins with ripped blue jeans, patched with all sorts of stylized material, and either a t-shirt for a band or an artist or something else that catches her interest.

Personality Description:

Pandora’s greek first name aptly describes her character. She is very calm, it takes quite a bit to startle or surprise her, and she is generally pretty easygoing. She is comfortable in nearly any situation, and will try anything once. She is also a bit of a thrill seeker, and very explorative, always wanting to go new places and meet new. That said, she never forgets where she came from, and likewise, never forgets her friends.

When excited or angered, Pan can act unpredictably, shifting in mood from hyper and uncontrollable to outraged and incurable and back again. Thankfully, it takes quite a bit to get her to this state, and for the most part, she is pretty calm.

Powers:

Wind Body

As a wind spirit, Pandora’s body essentially a compressed, sentient gaseous substance that imitates a solid. Physical contact alone will not cause a rupture in her body, but force significant enough to hurt her will, which causes the part of her body that was hit-or all of it, if she wishes-to revert back to her non-solid form. This means that she cannot be physically harmed, at least by conventional means. An impact significant enough to scatter her (I.E. Getting hit by a car, punched in the chest with super strength) will cause her to be dispersed, and she will need time to reform.

Conventionally, the only way to physically kill her is to deprive her of oxygen completely. Submerging her in water will not achieve this, as she can separate the oxygen from the hydrogen in the water, but burning a large fire near her is incredibly dangerous, as fire sucks the air from its surroundings. Small fires will not hurt her so long as she doesn’t touch it, but large ones are a hazard for her to even be around. Placing her in a small, completely sealed container will also do the trick.

She can also revert to and from her wind form at will, in which state she can move incredibly fast, equal to the running speed of someone with super speed, and passing through spaces usually too small for her to fit through. In addition, due to the nature of her body, she is unusually light, easily lifted by most people. As a result, she is not hurt by falling from great heights.

Wind Manipulation

Pandora can manipulate the air around her, mostly originating from her body. She can send out blasts of air originating from her own body, which have a range of up to 50 meters. She can also lift incredibly heavy objects using this air (Including herself and other people), with a range of 10 meters. She can shape her wind blasts in any way she sees fit, so long as they fit in a 10x10x10 meter cube.

Biography: Pandora was born a child of a minor wind god and a mortal woman, a woman who happened to live in one of the few remaining tribal civilizations in the world. Deep in the woods of canada, one of the last bastions of tribal civilization still burns bright, untouched by modern man. Well, untouched until the fateful day that Pandora’s mother crashed near their village. You see, her mother was a cargo pilot, one of the best in the business, and due to some shady, underhanded tricks by a rival company, her plane was damaged before take off, resulting in her needing to make an emergency landing.

The tribe took her in, accepting her surprisingly quickly. They taught her about the spirits they worshipped, and she listened with interest. Eventually, one of those very spirits took interest in her, and appeared to her. The two became very close, and in time, she became pregnant with his child, and that child was Pandora. A rescue helicopter came to pick them up, but Pandora and her mother stayed to live with the tribespeople.

She had always been a bit of a troublemaker among the tribe, esteemed though she was for being descended from their god of wind and clearly possessing his birthright. She was particularly frowned on for her preference towards girls, something she discovered at a very young age, and something that the elders swore against, citing that it could mean she was developing into a "Trickster spirit"

To that, Pan just said "Screw you."

This continued for the longest time, until the government arrived and informed them that their children would need to receive a formal education on the outside world, due to new education laws. Reluctantly, they accepted, and Pandora was introduced to the history of the outside world. It intrigued her to no end, and soon, she longed to see it. Reluctantly, her mother allowed her to do so in order to receive a high school education, on the condition that she come back and visit often.
