Tuesday wasn't exactly careless, she was just very impulsive and prone to taking risks. It honestly wasn't the best thing for a witch, and she would not have been her family's representative to the coven had there been another available option. All that said though, she was loyal to the coven. Loyal to Wednesday and the others, and she liked to think she had their backs.

Her own cup was half empty by the time she made it to V's table and as she greeted him she smiled back at Wednesday. Happy. Parties, and being with others in general, made her feel the most comfortable- in stark contrast with Wednesday apparently.

As Wednesday offered her more demure greeting Tuesday whispered into V's ear and giggled. In response V grinned wide and stepped forward towards Wednesday, with Tuesday's arm sliding off his shoulder as he moved.

"A friend of Tuesday's is a friend of mine. I don't mind watching a few things for two very pretty girls," he said with a relatively noticeable Spanish accent. "Name's Valentino but everyone just calls me 'V'." With that he nodded at Tuesday and she gestured for Wednesday to give her the coat, sliding her own down behind the table as well.

Tuesday waited in case Wednesday had something further to say to him and then looked out over the dancers. Less of an actual dance floor and more of a random jumble of bodies dancing together. "Alright, you better get back to the music and we better go dance," she called out loudly to V and Wednesday respectively.

Wednesday found herself blushing again, brushing one of the longer strands of her hair behind her ear and giving a small laugh at the compliment. She tried to play off her embarrassment quickly, passing her jacket over to Tuesday to set down, following after her once she was done.

"Thanks again V." She loudly said, before turning to the dancefloor along with Tuesday.

"Ok! Dancing...dancing..." She trailed off as she eyed the dance floor. She took a drink, a much longer gulp this time. Wednesday was finally starting to get used to the taste, but she still wasn't sure how well the alcohol was working. She could feel the beginning of a kind of buzz in the back of her head, which was...kinda nice, actually. A lot of the anxiety she'd be feeling up to this point was starting to fade into the back of her mind, though it wasn't completely gone yet.

"So how do I go about um...doing this?" She asked, leaning closer to Tuesday so she didn't need to shout, gesturing widely with her arms to the dance floor in front of them. It didn't really match what she thought dancing was like. It was a lot more uncoordinated, a lot more wild.

Tuesday was amused at Wednesday's response to V but she decided not to poke fun at her for it. She could tease her later if she grew more comfortable with partying and guy and such.

She had nearly finished her beer and left the cup behind with V as she guided Wednesday back into the crowd. Having her hand available was far more important than the last bit of the drink. The familiar minor warmth that came from drinking began to surface, though it would take a fair bit more to make her actually drunk.

The first thing Tuesday did was gently grab for the girls arms, bringing them back down form their wild gesturing as she laughed, "First lesson is don't think too much about it. Just start with kinda moving your hips a little bit. Here, watch me." With that Tuesday began slowly moving her hips to show Wednesday how to do it. After giving her a chance to see it she sped up gradually to match the music pounding all around them.

They had started with a small bubble of open area to work with at first just by nature of having pushed their way into the crowd but as they lingered there the crowd pushed back in closer. Occasional jostles or bumps were common but Tuesday made sure to stay nice and close to Wednesday, cheering her on regardless of how awkward or not her movements were.

Ultimately there were no true steps to the dancing. It was a mass of people moving more or less to the rhythm, doing whatever felt right. For the moment Tuesday was ignoring everyone else and working with Wednesday.

Wednesday did her best to drain the last of her cup, before putting it down on the nearest surface. No point in wasting the drink. She watched as Tuesday demonstrated, paying attention. Ok, that seemed simple enough, that seemed doable.

Slowly, she began to mimic her movements, starting off looking about as stiff and awkward as one would expect from her. She was obviously very conscious of how she looked right now, so focused on what she was doing that she didn't even really pay attention to the people around them until they started bumping up against the girl, throwing her off all over again. Once she started looking around her again, however, she noticed the lack of any real coordination between any of them, noticed that most of them were off in their own little worlds, just dancing to the music without a care for anything else. She realised something.

If there aren't any real steps, its a lot harder to actually screw it up.

Maybe it was the alcohol in her system, maybe it was Tuesday's encouragement, maybe it was just the atmosphere of the party starting to influence her, but gradually, she started to think about it less and less. She just focused on the music, swaying her hips to the music, her smile slowly starting to grow on her face.

"Like this?" She called out.

Tuesday had started to wonder if maybe Wednesday was going to stay so stiff and uncomfortable all night. But then the girl slowly started to loosen up.

"Yes! Just like that, now you're getting it," cheered Tuesday as she danced with the girl. It wasn't super obvious but any time a person would start bumping too hard into Wednesday a subtle elbow from the older girl moved to dissuade them from continuing.

On a normal night Tuesday would have been looking for other cute guys, or girls, to draw into dancing with her. But that wasnt her plan that night so she stayed with Wednesday and moved to lift the girl's arms up into the air. "Now let that motion spread to the rest of your body. Before you know it this'll feel natural to you," she advised as she leaned in to be heard over the crowd.

For her part Tuesday was already swaying and rolling her whole body along with the music. Ecstatic that her sister witch was starting to enjoy herself.

Wednesday moved as directed, arms going up above her head as the music picked up. She mostly kept her eyes on the older witch, finding her enthusiasm almost infectious as she started to smile and laugh along with her. Her dancing wasn't particularly coordinated or graceful, but now that she wasn't worrying so much it was definitely energetic.

She was actually starting to have fun, it's a Christmas miracle.

Unfortunately, the longer the dance went on, the harder she started to breathe, the more tired she started to get. Her curse made it difficult to be physically active, and even something like this started to tire her out fast. She was enjoying herself, though, so she endeavoured to keep dancing for along as she could before she finally started to slow down.

Tuesday was having such a good time that it took her a little longer than it should have to notice the other girl slowing down. She had been too focused on the smiles and happiness Wednesday was showing on her face, but after a significant amount of dancing it was clearer that the girl was breathing hard and having a hard time keeping up.

Once Tuesday finally realized the issue she looked over with concern. "Hey, do you need to go sit down or something Wednesday? You look like you're getting ready to pass out," Tuesday asked as she moved in to offer the younger girl her arm to grab while wrapping her other around her shoulders to hold her if she did actually start falling. Hopefully the girl wasn't too bothered by the physical contact, but Tuesday had noticed how she had shrunk away earlier. Too bad. Tuesday wasn't going to just leave her to her own devices there in the crowd.

Thinking about how embarrassed the girl might end up feeling she also added, "we can take a break and do more dancing later, no worries. Maybe get something else to drink." They could get her water if she wasn't thrilled with the idea of more beer. Maybe the two of them sitting somewhere might even draw the attention of some of the guys to come try to talk to them.

This time Wednesday didn't try to shy away as Tuesday took hold of her. She wanted to object, say she was fine, but she knew her own limits, knew when she needed to take a break. Her face was even starting to turn a lighter shade of green by the time she stopped, making her own tiredness clear.

"Y-yeah...give me a moment..."

It was obvious Wednesday was frustrated. She was finally starting to enjoy herself before her curse forced her back down like it always did. She frowned to herself as Tuesday led her off the dance floor, looking around for a quiet spot to sit down. At the moment, even if she didn't like the taste, another beer actually sounded nice. It'd gotten her to relax this much already, couldn't hurt to have another. So she nodded.

"I'm sorry..." She mumbled dejectedly, hard to hear over the music. "You can keep going without me if you want, I just need to sit down for a moment..."

Tuesday could practically hear the disappointment in the younger girl's voice as she agreed to be helped over somewhere to sit down. She walked the girl over towards where a couch was sitting haphazardly scooted up against a half wall. Unfortunately there was a girl making out with a guy on the couch at the moment.

Tuesday began reciting what Wednesday would have easily recognized as an incantation before she gestured at one of the cups on the wall. It wiggled and then flipped over right onto the girl and she yelped in surprise. She jumped up to go clean off the spill from her shirt and her date followed her towards the bathroom, clearing the small couch for the witches.

She snorted as they approached, "Wow, I can't believe that actually worked. I think it only got her so the seat should still be fine." Indeed the couch seemed ok, or as ok as anything could be during a crazy blowout like this one. Tuesday got Wednesday to the couch and sat next to her for a second.

"Hey Weds," she said as she tried to make out what the girl was saying but apparently missed it, "I can't hear you but if you're thanking me then don't worry about it. I'm gonna go get you another drink. You just relax and catch your breath." Leaving the girl alone and recovering wasn't the most responsible thing she could do but that was the only way she was getting them both another drink. She would be fine there for like a minute right?

Tuesday got up, looked over to make sure Wednesday didn't seem to be in serious trouble and then hurried off to go get the drinks.

Soon after she left a couple guys started slowly gravitating towards the couch before one of them broke off to come over. He was wearing what he probably thought was a cool leather vest and those stupid plastic shades that were just lines of plastic and gaps to see through. Without asking he sat down next to Wednesday and looked over. "Hey, can I get you a drink or something?," he asked with, to his credit, at least a decently smooth tone. His buddies were playing the 'pretending not to look but clearly are looking' game.

Wednesday worked out what effect the incantation would have just before the spell took hold. Part of her was lowkey worried that spilling the drink on them like that was very rude. But she also thought it was pretty funny, and let herself have a small snicker as Tuesday sat her down. Since she didn't really feel like raising her voice, she just gave the older witch a small smile and a nod in response, she'd be fine by herself for a moment.

Once Tuesday was gone, Wednesday just found herself awkwardly sitting there, arms rested on her lap, sighing as she watched all the other partygoers have fun. The people watching just ended up making her feel more dejected, she supposed Tuesday would be over there joining them, or maybe making out with someone like that couple earlier if she didn't have to play babysitter for the sheltered little witch. Even if she did feel grateful for that it bummed her out all the same.

She was so wrapped up in feeling sorry for herself that she didn't notice the guy until he sat down next to her. She quickly sat back up straight, brushing a hair out of her face and shooting him a nervous, polite little smile.

"Oh, thank you but you don't need to do that." She said, in a decidedly less smooth tone. "My friend is already bringing me one."
