Thanks to @Kyros, it has become a dire need to have a staff member RP the Head Mistress Cordelia Moore so that Lochlann can flirt with her and attempt to seduce her.

Coredlia Moore is Lochlann's OTP.

It would also solve the question of 'how hasn't lochlann been expelled yet?'
