Sissel Spectre
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
APPEARANCE
Sissel is 5 ft 8 in height, and has hazel eyes that turn gold when he is highly focused (for example, while using his powers). He has a pale complexion, white hair, and also glasses.
PERSONALITY
Sissel isn't very outgoing, and doesn't make new friends that often. However, he's very loyal to friends that he shares a good bond with. He is very perceptive. Sissel can be cunningly sarcastic at times, but is polite to unfamiliar faces.
POWERS
Telekinetics; Mind Reading. Sissel was gifted with psychic abilities. He has telekinesis, so if he focuses on a suitible object in sight, he is able to manipulate (change motion of; stop or start motion of) objects up to 100 pounds. He can read people's minds (a single person at a time; from up to 10 feet away). Finally, Sissel is able to sense strong emotions of people around him; (or telepathic broadcasts) this can sense an entire group's emotions. Using these powers requires no hand motion, only concentration.
HISTORY
Sissel was born and raised in the US then moved to Manta Carlos when he was older. His powers manifested when he was 6 years old: an armed robber broke into his house and attempted to attack his mother with a knife. Sissel was bearing witness to the attack. Just as the knife was about to make contact, it was diverted -by Sissel's ability- into the assailant's foot. The robber fled the scene, with both mother and son unharmed.
