Hey! Could someone reactive me please? Planning on joining (this time its serious, I will try my hardest best)!
Also, are people allowed to request a Wiki topic before their character is to be accepted? If so, I wanna work my character's race out, getting it accepted and if accepted - getting it ready for the wiki.

Kyros is the one who can change members' usergroups / reactivate them; he will handle it when he's online again.
As for the wiki page @Leonn, it has always been the rule that you can't make pages for player-created species if there are no accepted characters who belong to that species. Once you have a character accepted, you may post here again if you are still interested. I have clarified this point on our wiki contribution guide; thank you for bringing it to my attention.
But don't let that rule stop you from figuring out your character's species beforehand. Personally, I like to scratch out some notes on a .txt file on my computer before I work on a character or wiki page.

May I ask Ayato and Decemuir to be archived? Haven't felt their muses in far too long for them to be worth keeping active right now.
And move this old plotter ("remember the day we dreamt?") to archive, because it's being replaced with the new one ("lose yourself in this charade"). The latter needs to be moved from Free For All to Plot With Me!
