The event he was attending at the moment was a neat little thing that one of the faculty advisors had put together. It paired up undergrads with undecided majors and graduate students for some one on one advice-giving from someone who had already gotten their undergraduate degree. In return, Ophion was getting dinner at a nice restaurant with the rest of the graduate student participants. It wasn't the best paying job, but it was the sort of thing that he kind of enjoyed doing. If he got to pick his siblings, he'd probably have settled for a nice even dozen younger siblings.
He was just that kind of guy.
Ophion had grabbed a seat at one of the tables set out for the event, and was midway through a book - an old, dusty looking journal that was clearly handwritten - as he waited for an undergrad student to be assigned to him.
