infamous local crimelord seeks employees/associates/enemies

Hey kids! Do you have a criminal, someone desperately seeking any work, or generally easily influenced character you want to push into a life of shady and flashy? WELL, BOY, DO I EVER HAVE THE BOSS FOR YOU. If you want to have someone be either a rival or more individual/higher up business associate in crime, feel free to ask about that, too!

This is Klaus Rosales, kingpin and greed demon. He's a cool guy, he'll take you under his wing and reward you nicely, keep you protected. He's confident and pushy, always making grabby hands at new opportunities, and therefore easy to start things with, so go ahead and ask me to 'adopt' your character if you think it sounds like a good time. Here's the fancy official business listing for the Rosales gang. Check it out for more details on reputation and behavior, as well as some simple rules. He's very diverse in his work, a jack of all trades with crime, so there's no end of roles you could get yourself with him.

Klaus has been in Manta Carlos and an active force in organized crime for almost thirteen years, so if you'd like to set it up that someone has been involved with him for a long time, or do a thread of them meeting set in the past, we can absolutely do that.

If you have a character that doesn't have previous crime experience, but who wants to learn now, training can be offered. If you have a character desperate for work that doesn't completely want to sacrifice their morality, but wouldn't mind the money and that fondness Klaus offers, you're still in luck. He can put them in positions that might contribute to his success and questionable activities, but aren't outwardly awful. They won't be the ones holding the gun, they simply helped load it.

On the other side, if you have a justice nerd character (simply by hobby/being a vigilante type, or actual law enforcement work) and want a fun enemy for them to play the game with long or short term, Klaus is absolutely open for those kinds of relations as well! He'll likely view it with amusement/fondness unless you really, really poke at him, but that's dangerous and I'd prefer some more entertaining things first (still, make an offer if you want to).

Accepting all of these things forever, unlimited slots, the more the merrier- especially with a greedster.

aleron is a cutie, and definitely sounds like someone who would stop someone as shady looking as klaus even if he... wasn't actually doing anything too bad at the time. MORE SILLY FIGHT THREAD POSSIBILITIES, IF YOU'D BE A FAN OF THAT.

guin is also a very, very high quality sounding asset to have, one klaus would take an interest in buying out over enemies and keeping a general eye on.

i was going to say that i don't have any immediate work to throw in mind for her, but then i realized he'd probably want to give her a test run to see how she works more closely, as well as see how she interacted with him. he likes being personal with business, since he's so invested in it.

let's see here. for a test, likely something that appears basic at first glance, but with more difficulty thrown in to shake things up- to and see if she's still comfortable and skilled there.

also being pretty watched by klaus at first, then after that he'd trust her to get the job done without a watchful eye. he pretty much would just want to witness for himself how she functions, and what she's good at and not good at. he's very thorough with best use of resources.

it'd be an actual mission for assassination or spying (possibly both), just doubling as testing at first, killing two birds with one stone.

for aleron, he likes rescuing damsels, klaus likes hanging out in dark alleyways and getting into love related drama, something could very easily be blown out of proportion there. klaus has an attention grabbing aura which doesn't automatically equal positive attention, so that helps a lot.

sounds like exactly the type of employee klaus would like! he would indulge vadim's less than respectable habits by a lot, and overall be very entertained by him. let me know if i can add him to the employee list, and pm me if you'd like to start any crime shenanigans rps~

hey, sorry I took so long to get back to you on this, but if you're still interested I think it'd be a more than good fit!

klaus makes an effort to keep up relationships with his half siblings and cousins, and definitely is quick to offer them job positions and opportunities + want to keep an eye on them
