Noelle mentally face palmed but smiled. She was right, he was much older than he looked and she wondered what he'd done all those years. Something bad had happened to him and she wondered if that had been more recent or not. 1,400. Sure gave a person a long time to think. What was his family like...

Oh it's alright, the rest of life has turned out okay. Ah yes, elements. I come from a family of them. I'm a wielder of snow.my Mom said that most snow wielders turned out with white hair but I guess my genes were too stubborn. So I have this dark blue stuff instead. Not that's it's really relevant to my powers."

She remembered the first time she's thoguth up of her little catch phrase about her hair color. One of her students were being quite rude and calling it ugly so she has turned and said

"I'd rather be a bluenette" and walked off. That had and her being better than everyone else with her powrs had shut up the haters.​

Malek smiled softly "Ah snow. Yes that is quite the interesting element. And also I like your hair. I say it fits you quite nice." Malek gave a playful laugh. He really was enjoying his conversation with her. She was nice to talk too. "Well it is only fair to tell you what I am since I know what you are. I am a dragon. Well half-dragon to be exact I came from a dragon and human parent." He frowned slightly but he wasn't getting into many detail about his past so he didn't really mind talking about that small part of it.

Noelle blushed a little at the compliment, but kept her cool. Literally. She tugged one of the shoulder blade length blue strands out of habit and played with it a little. She looked at the ground until a playful laugh escaped him and she looked back up. He then told her that he was a dragon. Or, half dragon.

"Oh, I've never met a half dragon before" she said, the words leaving her mouth in a unusually soft manner. "Not that it makes you different or anything. But it sounds really neat."

She had to fight the urge to walk over and touch his arm, because her curiosity wondered what the dragon part of him entailed. Really, she fought the urge to just walk over and hug him. She suddenly realized she'd had no comany from a kind person in a long time. It was really nice. She smiled as she unknowingly left the tip of her hair hanging like an icicle.

Malek blushed "Oh it's really nothing interesting. You mostly are just a weaker version of a dragon. Or a insanely powerful human with wings." Malek laid back a little bit on the ground he might just stay here and talk with Noelle. She was insanely kind to him. He looked back and noticed her leaving the strand of her hair dangling. "Is something wrong Noelle? You seem to be leaving your hair dangling. Malek frowned slightly, he just wanted to make sure everything was fine.

Having wings sounded pretty neat to her. Of course she was sure there were downsides to being part dragon part human. She wondered if there were. She watches as he too settled on the ground and seemed to get comfier. She scooted herself a little closed to him, just so it was easier to talk.

She listened to his concern for her but was confused. She reached up to touch her hair and felt a strand that she had left a little icicle on. Oh right, that little habit of hers.

"Oh, don't worry about it, I'm fine. It's a silly habit of mine. I'm mean, to be honest, I haven't really talked to anyone in a while, so I guess I'm just getting used to if again. But you're great company!"

Malek smiled "Why thank you, you are great company too." Malek smiled and closed the palm the flame was in. Extinguishing it. Malek shivered slightly when he did. "I wouldn't want to be rude by using magic while talking. Especially to one of my friends." Malek shivered a little again but tried to remain warm. He didn't have much for the cold. Mostly just a grey jacket and some pants.

Noelle smiled. She was talking to a nice person and things were going well. She smiled and replied "well thanks." She propped herself up on her elbows and looked at him.

"Oh yes, friends! But don't worry about it. I use my powers all the time, whether or not I'm thinking about it." She smiled cherishing the idea of a friend after such a long time. It was nice to be out here, enjoying the beauty of nature while also enjoying some one's company.

Malek smiled "No father told me it was rude to use magic while talking so I'm just going to deal with it. I do enjoy another persons company on cold days like these. October normally is here but she has been busy with all the chaos she has so thanks for staying here with me." Malek gave a grateful smile to her. He shivered again but remained smiling.

How interesting. His family probably was probably like that she assumed. She wondered about the tradegy he had wanted to avoid earlier. Was that family related? She was glad to keep him company but she stopped when he mentioned a girl named October. What was October to him? Family, a significant other? The last things she wanted to do was accidentally get entangled in a relationship.

"October. That is a pretty name. Who is she to you, if you don't mind me asking?"

These things needed to be discussed before anything else. She'd accidentally made a girl jealous once and it was an ugly situation. One she did not want to repeat.

Malek thought for a moment. What was she? "As far as I know we are friends. I honestly don't know where it might head though. She is kinda unpredictable but I like that about her." Malek smiled softly. He had gotten into a lot of trouble with October and they knew each other well. He wouldn't call her his girlfriend yet though. Maybe some time he would call her that but for now they were just friends.
