Higher Dose of Dreams and Nightmares (ReD)

"I... I don't know yet." Adelene shrugged. She hadn't thought about what she'd do yet. In the first place, she never felt in control of her dreams. But if she follows Dr. Hart's instructions, maybe something will happen? She hoped so.

"Yeah," she nodded. She smiled at the doctor, as if the plan he proposed was enough to boost her belief that she really cam make something happen. That she can catch this person, and then she was going to ask who he was. "I guess the first thing to do then... is ask, right?"

She took the bottle again, waving it slightly before keeping it in the small pouch she brought. "Thanks for this, doctor. So... all I gotta do is condition myself for my dream, and take higher doses for the meds before going to sleep?"

Adelene tilted her head. For a moment, she was confused to why the doctor said that, but assumed quickly after that maybe he considered a patient's success to be his own as well. She found that charming, somehow. She just hoped Dr. Hart wouldn't exhaust himself so much.

"No, that would be all," she smiled. She finished her cup of coffee before standing up, since her business here seemed to be already finished. "Doctor, the coffee was great. I uh... Well, I don't need to stay any longer, so I'll be heading out. Oh, I'll make sure to let you know if I remember anything important."

She took her things, making sure she didn't forget anything, and left the office, hoping the doctor would allow himself for some rest during his time alone.
