Hmmm I'm not sure it Yoka Sake would be someone on her radar.
Yoka has been on the island for a long time and is wealthy, but she's not exactly old money. Yoka owns a variety of clubs and businesses across the world, but her first--and favorite--club is on the Manta Carlos Islands so she returns to the islands to work fairly regularly.
She is also fairly independent, so there's a bit of exclusiveness in who gets her attention outside of the club. Due to her origins, though, I'm not sure if she'd be the sort Alva would be interested in.
