Friend for Miranda

I'm looking for someone to be my character's friend. Her bio can be found here:

Basically, she's a socially anxious person who believes she has more powers than she actually does. It might be easier to pre-establish a friendship with someone rather than making her try to make one.

That sounds like a good match. Should we have them meet?

I think the library would be a good spot for them to meet. Miranda would presumably be looking for books to hone her "powers."
