A bit confused by her change of attitude, Leticia shrugged and wandered over to the group she had pointed out earlier. She pushed her way into their circle, and looked around at the faces she vaguely remembered from her classes. A few greeted her and continued talking about the break they were on and how it was going, what presents their family had sent them, showing off a bit, the usual boring casual talk.

Turning back to Noelle, Letty smiled a bit. "They're boring. No one got anything interesting."

Noelle listened, uninterested, as the students made small talk. She looked down at her nail, like it was the most interesting thing in the world, anything more exciting than this conversation. She couldn't really get a good look at the people's gifts, and she frowned.

"They're boring. No one got anything interesting."

Noelle agreed completely, and she looked around hoping to find some more groups that were more interesting. "Let's go to whatever group looks the coolest" she was in desperate need of some coolness. Figuratively and literally. She desperately wanted to create some snow, and shower all the students with it. It would make this whole event way more fun. She scrunched her mouth to her left side like she always did when she was thinking. Should she. She turned to Leticia, with her puzzled look, and then wiped it off her face.

Letty shrugged; she thought this group looked cool but hey, if Noelle was bored it was a bit rude to stick around. Trailing after her, Leticia took the time to look around the room. Many people had gotten menial things such as books, posters, an odd stuffed animal here and there. Noticing that Noelle had looked at her with what almost looked like a pained expression, and Leticia tilted her head in concern and confusion. "Eh?"

Reaching up with an arm to check her hair, Letty ruled out the possibility of Noelle making a face at an odd hairstyle. "What was with that face?" Hopefully nothing had been seriously wrong, but surely not, it went away before she could get a proper look. Bunching the sleeves up on her sweater, Leticia flapped her hands in front of her face. With all the excited bodies, it made the room exceptionally hot. "It's definitely warmer in here than it is outside."

Noelle felt warm. It was much to hot in here for her taste, and she needed to fix that right now. Everyone seemed to be wrapped in in talking, and looking at their presents, so no one seemed to be expecting anything special.

"What was with that face?" Noelle had forgotten for a second about Leticia. "Oh, it's nothing. I just think this room needs to be cooled down. She moved her hands in a swirling motion, creating snow and a slight breeze of coolness. She threw her hands into the air, causing the snow to shoot towards the ceiling and float slowly towards the ground. She did this quickly, a few more times and then formed a perfect snowball. She looked at Leticia. "Should I?"

Leticia titled her head in confusion, her impeding question answered when Noelle began to swish her hands around. Letty couldn't help but frown for a moment, curious about the bits of snow that appeared, soaring upwards and then fluttering neatly down. Leticia nodded enthusiastically at the snowball in Noelle's hand. "Yeah! Toss it at that guy over there." Pointing at a random person in the crowd of students, Leticia's enthusiasm sparked when the possibility of a snowball fight was made. "Can you make more snow? Maybe we can get a snowball fight going in here." Not like these people were doing anything worthwhile.

Hopefully no one had presents that could get ruined by water, but they could always hide them somewhere else. Or run, if they weren't particularly clever with hiding things. "Let's make this event more fun!"

Noelle was hoping that Leticia would agree. She smiled, now they we talking. She didn't even bother to throw the snowball, her powers could do it for her. She steered it at a guy, with great speed and giggled when it hit him.

"Sure, I can make lots more snow." She closed her eyes, it helped her concentrate, sending larger snowflakes coming down rapidly. She formed a snowball and blew on it. It would stick together, perfectly. She tossed it to Leticia. "Go ahead, and throw it! Let's give these people an epic snow battle they can't forget. Inside too." Noelle started collecting snowballs, one, two, three, ten? Kinda an unfair advantage, but she didn't care. "Hope some one got a pair gloves as a gift, they're gonna need them!" She started firing snowballs at random people, as her blue hair playing around her shoulders.

Letty couldn't help but cackle when the targeted guy spun around with a confused expression on. This was fun. Catching the snowball with a bit of fumbling, Leticia spun slowly, looking for the perfect target to catch unaware. Her eyes lighting on an empty-headed female, Leticia wound her arm up and let loose. The snowball flew straight and true, landing square in the back of her head. "Score!" The female squawked upon impact, and turned to look indignantly at the room, trying to deduce who threw it at her.

Spinning gleefully around, Leticia watched the expressions of her confused and alarmed peers. They hadn't expected a snowball fight here, of all places. All at once, they began to ball up the broken snowballs and fling miniature balls at each other, joining in the fun. A couple students huddled in a corner, hissing at those who dared try to engage them in the fun. "Why didn't we try this earlier?!"

Noelle laughed at the people they hit with snowballs, so innocent, so unexpecting, so much fun. She made some more snow, twirling it around in the center of the room. The battle was on, and it was going to be epic. An indoor snowball fight, and she had started it! 'Well, these people to need a touch of cold.' she thought. She chucked another snowball at a guy, and then stopped.

"Why didn't we try this earlier?!"

"Guess I was just hesitant to use my powers, in this place, with all these quiet people." Now she wasn't though. She paused for a second, getting an idea. She twirled her hands rapidly, moving the up and down, and left and right. She pointed and touched it till it was perfect. An ice shield. Beautiful with a rippling sorta look. It had swirls around the edges, and at the bottom as well. She added a handle in the band blew on it. It was now even stronger, couldn't be broken, even if she dropped it. "I like to suit up for battle," she told Leticia.

Letty couldn't stop giggling as she continued to fling wet snowballs at people. The students had caught on fast, twirling around to stuff snow in their friends faces. It was a beautiful sight to see, and much more interesting to watch than it had been. Leticia turned to Noelle, about to say something, but her attention was caught by a curious object. It looked much like a shield, but it was made out of ice. Leticia thought that this was very impressive, and tilted her head in wonder. "Can you make an ice fort, too?"

Her thoughts were interrupted when a snowball knocked into the back of her head. Whirling, she saw the man she had targeted earlier, and balled up a snowball to retaliate. Pouncing on him, Letty ground the snow down into his shirt, giggling at his reaction. He seemed to be in good spirits as well, and didn't mind the new snowy decoration that coated his body. Returning to Noelle, Letty panted softly with the effort of tossing snow around. "It'll be nice to take a nap after this."

Noelle twisted and turned, dodging flying snowballs. Occasionally she used her power to stop them in mid air, but now that she had a shield, this was going to get more fun. Noelle nodded when Leticia asked about the fort. She held her shield up, hearing the smack of a snowball against it, and then knelt down. She worked quickly building an ice force that one could kneel down on. She cleared the snow away, that way when people knelt or sat down, it wouldn't be wet at that area. She added a nice ice flag as a final detail, and started flinging snowballs. She stopped to pop a piece of candy in her mouth, and then continued.

"It'll be nice to take a nap after this."

"Yes, I suppose it will. Bet the students weren't expecting this!" She smiled and flung a few more snowballs.
