Jelly finished her dance and backed off, grinning wildly. She had lost herself in the moment, and almost started undoing her corset. The fire was lit in Jellys stomach during her dance, and she was eager to start working here. She had forgotten how much she enjoyed dancing. It was just like being in a fight, at least a similar kind of rush.

Jelly wiggled in place, clearly excited about what Yoka had to say after the dance, her tail wagging behind her once more.

"Part-time, Foxy Boss Lady! Girl's gotta have some free time, right?" Her grin seemed to widen as she winked, her eyes gleaming in the light of the club, the hypnotic red orbs flashing with joy at the opportunity she was, hopefully, being given.

There were other clubs on the island, yeah, but she wanted to dance here. The Cross fox was the club to be at. It had the most people, the best reviews...Jelly let her gaze trail over Yoka again.

And the most attractive owner.

"So, Foxy boss lady! Did I get the job?"

Yoka picked herself up from the chair. She glanced down at her clipboard, flipped a page, and then handed it to Jelly with a pen.

"This is out standard contract," she said. "Please include your availability. You'll have access to a healer if you're working over 15 hours a week, and tuition reimbursement if you're working over 25. Pay is standard, with 10% going to the house to keep up costs."

Yoka pointed to the waiver on the second page of the clipboard.

"I treat my staff fairly, but if at any point you violate and of the terms and conditions outlined here, there will be severe consequences," Yoka said. Her voice was serious, her amber eyes narrowed. She licked her lips and smiled. "So if you decide to moonlight elsewhere, please let me know so we can terminate your contract first. Cross Fox Dancers are Cross Fox dancers first and foremost."

Yoka would not have her employees dancing over at a place like, oh, say, the den of sin. Absolutely not.

'We are not a brothel," Yoka said. "And our drug and alcohol policy is strict. What you chose to do on your own time is your business, but it is not to take place in the club."

Yoka stretched, raising her arms high above her head and glancing over her shoulder to look back at Jelly.

"Any questions?"

Jelly's tail continued to wag, following behind Yoka as the kitsune stood. Oooh! This was a good sign! Jelly was confident that she was going to love her new job. Fun times and a great view! Jelly couldn't wait to see the kinds of people she'd be working with, all the beautiful gals and guys. Jelly shivered, licking her lips in anticipation.

She took the clipboard and started reading over it, her eyes scanning over all the legalese in the contract. As a freelancer, she knew enough to never sign something without reading it fully. She listened to Yoka, her ears twitching as she nodded along.

"To clarify, that's moonlighting as a dancer, right Foxy boss lady?"

She did want to make sure that her side business wouldn't void her contract. If there was anything Jelly hated, it was a legal loophole. But, really.

Who would willingly dance at the Den of Sin? That was like willingly getting seven different types of Herpes at the same time.

Jellys eyes were drawn to Yoka as the fox woman brought her arms up, her red orbs glued to Yokas form as the womans form was accentuated from her movements. It was a lovely view, Jelly couldn't wait to start her first shift.

"Any questions?"

"Yeah! Just one, miss foxy boss lady ma'am!"

Jelly leaned forward a tad, quickly signing the papers on the clipboard, keeping Yokas gaze and winking.

"You single?"

"Yes," Yoka nodded. She pushed her dark hair over her shoulder while responding to Jelly's initial question about moonlighting. "What you do on your own time is your own. It is just that this is a small island, all things considered, and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth to have employees I train dancing at other clubs while they're receiving a salary from me."

That led Yoka to another thought, although it was one Jelly would have already passed over in the contract. "On that note, you have your option to be paid in cash, check, or direct deposit, but regardless of what payment method, the 10% deduction and taxes are still taken out prior to receiving it."

Yoka was generally efficient with this. The club raked in a lot of money on drink sales, the cost of private dances, and the odd other sources of income they received from their specialty nights. Yoka herself had once taken a powerful summon scroll for an interdimnesional creature in exchange for a lap dance for a really drunk magus.

Jelly's last question raised an eyebrow from Yoka.

Oddly enough, the question reassured her. Maybe Yoka had been paranoid before. After all, there was no way she'd ask if she knew the truth. Or was she asking this just to reassure Yoka? She had no idea.

"Is that really the kind of question you want to ask your boss?" Yoka asked, giving her a sly smile.
