i'm all for scumbag partners! klaus especially loves some good greed, and would likely be entertained by wei on multiple levels. and feel free to say that wei has used damon, too, helping cover things up and keep the cops off of people who do more high profile crime work is one of his main jobs.

now, for you and @Sashi, klaus is very close to abia as well as doing a lot of his own work with drugs, though he's not quite as mainly focused and specialized in it. he can introduce them easily if you guys want that.

(also, as a quick thought for how wei could be helpful there, helping branch things out/making them more easily accessible for higher society members as well as on the street is always good. JUST THROWING IT OUT THERE.)

That would definitely help when it comes to them meeting. As for more higher society members, I do technically need that since atm many of Abia's RPC associates aren't really within that realm.
