He had a date, a first for the young dragon, though what they were doing wasn't what one would call a normal date.

Landing in a clearing, Nova on his back, he let Nova slide down his wing to the ground and then shifted into his human form.

He smiled at her, "thanks for coming," he pointed to what looks like an outcrop of rocks, "that's what were diving off of." Behind the rocks was the surprise.

Taking her hand he lead her there, "I found it a few days ago." Once at the rocks, they could see it, a hot springs of sort, but the water wasn't really hot, it was warm, a very comforting warm.

Nova could never really keep still. She always had the urge to move around or fidget, it was just what she did. So when Ling invited her on their first official date (she did not consider the cruise an 'official date') she was anxious to know what it was about. After she hastily accepted, of course.

She had come in her swimsuit, a simple black bikini, which was covered up by a singlet top, shorts and a jacket. It was winter, after all. She was admittedly a little bit nervous about diving off of a cliff. She had dove off of trees many a time before, but cliffs were higher and there were rocks around. Not that she was not excited for them, she definitely was.

Perched on the back of the Dragon, Nova took in the spectacular view that was the rocks and the sea. She held onto him tight, just in case she was to slip off unnoticed. As they landed, she slid down his wing like a slide and waited for him to switch forms before taking his hand. "I am never going to get used to that," she said about his transformation.

Smiling, she told him, "Nothing would stop me from coming. W-wow that is high," She was not really scared of the height but it got her adrenaline pumping. Just what thrills were supposed to do.

Behind the rocks, she was surprised to see a small pond of water. She did not know what hot springs were, but she could tell from the steam it exuded into the cool air that it was warm. She squeezed his hand. "Oh wow. This is amazing. Do you come here often?" It would be easily accessible for Ling with his wings and it was isolated, so why not go there?

Slipping a shoe off, Nova dipped her foot into the warm water to test the temperature. Initially it stung her foot, in the pleasant way a bath would. She looked back at Ling, who stood right beside her, and asked, "How did you find this place? It is incredible!"

He grinned, "I found it a few days ago while looking for a nice place to meditate." He pulled his shirt and swears off, only wearing simple blue short he sat beside her, "haven't actually swam in it yet."

"I thought you'd like to try it with me," he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "I'm happy you like it." He slid his feet into the water, enjoying the heat of it, "we had a similar hot spring behind the monastery I was raised at."

He kissed her cheek and slid the rest of the way into the water. He flinched a bit as his burn touched the water, it was still sensitive to temperature changes, "feels good," he told her just in case she noticed it.

Nova was amazed that Ling had not actually been in the water there. She squeezed his hand. "You could have gone in there!" She said. There was no reason he could not have had a swim before taking her. "It-it is amazing, though." It was so incredible sitting with her feet dipped into the spring, on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea. With Ling no less, the guy she had met on the cruise and still knew not too much about. To be honest, she did not even know why she allowed Ling to fly her over cliffs after one meeting. There was just something about him that made her feel secure. Only one thing could make that moment better, and that was to actually be in the water.

Removing her shoes, shorts, top and jacket and discarding them in a pile, Nova was in the same black bikini she had worn on the cruise. "You were raised at a... Monastery? I thought that was where they kept monkeys. You are not a monkey..." Sometimes Nova did not exactly remember what she had read correctly. It also sometimes lead to misunderstandings. But there were also so many things she did not know about Ling.

Nova smiled at the kiss. She thought she saw Ling's expression change suddenly, but could not be sure about it. Her hands on his shoulders, she slid into the hot spring. Then she started worrying. Ling had kissed her on the cheek. Her skin... Well, it did not feel like ordinary human skin. It was smoother, poreless, thicker and a bit more rubbery.

Scared that along would find kissing her cheek too strange a sensation, Nova kissed him on the lips to show that kissing her was not different to anyone else. One of her hands was around his back, the other was holding the edge of the spring. She was no stranger to affection, her whole species had been that way.

Ling laughed at her monkey comment, "there are different kinds of monasteries," he smiled still chuckling, "I'll tell you about the one I was raised in later."

His eyes went wide she kissed him, but soon he closed his eyes and returned the kiss, wrapping his arms around her. It was his first kiss. After a bit he slowly broke the kiss and smiled at her, "you.....you really are amazing."

He hugged her tight, "I'm happy I met you." He kissed her again, "now let's have some fun."
