Shay glanced at Alessa. Could Alessa even teach her? Did they have similar abilities?
"I d-don't know if... That's what you are... B-But... But your power r-r-reminds me of the stories I've heard... A-About them..." Emily turned her gaze back to Alessa for a moment, giving her a reassuring smile before turning back to Shey. "I-I think Alessa wants to help y-you... I u-understand her abi-ilities share... Similarities with... W-Witch's... So I think she will b-be... Quite h-helpful... And having a couple p-people you can t-t-talk to... I w-would alqays prefer to... H-Have that..."

Emily glanced between the two of them. Two young patients of hers. She was helping them, right? "if you want to talk about a-anything, Shey... I-I can lend an ear... If y-y-you want me to listen..."
Alessa had been listening into the conversation, drinking her tea while they spoke, she shook her head "I dont have any spells based on death right now, I mean I might learn a few in the future but none for now..."
She was still a young witch, and had a lot of room to grow spell wise. "I could try and learn some if you like?"

"Is there a way to find out if I'm a real witch or something else? Some kind of magic test or something?" she looked at Alessa. "I'm not sure what kind of death spells you can learn? I don't learn spells, so, erm... What good would it do? not to sound rude."
Alessa tapped her chin "Hmmm... I dont really know, I only know im a witch because both of my parents where. Maybe theres a test you could take at the school though? Im sure theyd have something like that."
"I'm sure the s-school has a test that can t-t-tell you at least wh-what kind of power you have... Maybe it i-isn't even magic... I-I-It could be a ps-psychic phenomenon..."
Emily fidgeted around a little, letting her fingers dance about themselves in front of her. "A-Anyway... I think that the... Best c-current solution... Is to bring y-your concerns t-to the school..."

"I know what my powers are," Shay said, perhaps a bit abruptly. She softened her voice. Sighed. "I'll look into it. Thank you for your help."
Psychic phenomenon. Shay hoped not. God did she hope not. What would that make her? If not magic, then what was she? She pushed these questions from mind.
"I'll look into that tomorrow." She said it more to herself than to either of them. She needed to reaffirm to herself that she would do this. Answers were sometimes scarier than questions and mysteries could ever be.
"Thank you," she said, first to Emily then to Alessa. Shay stood, pursing her lips and looking down at the tea she'd hardly touched. "I should probably..."
