In an unobtrusive nook between other clubs set-ups, just passed the food stalls and next to a fancy crepe stand, sits a very plain looking canopy. It's a simple olive drab color, the interior obscured from view be curtains of the same color, the only thing that marks it as something other then a closed stall being a sign hung above the entrance reading 'Information and Assistance club'.

The inside is just as sparse as the outside. A table, a few chairs, and a small lamp are all that furnishes the space. The table is decorated by various stacked note cards and writing implements lined up at right angles to each other, as well as a lock box that you might use to gather money for something.

Behind the table sits Wesker, scribbling something in what appears to be an accounting ledger and waiting for someone to enter the tent...

(Do to the nature of this setup, this is expected to be something of a high traffic thread. You are welcome to both stick around and hang out with people, or come in, make a few posts, finish your business, and then leave if you so wish.)

Katsuo strolled around the courtyard, checking out the different club tents. There seemed to be all sorts of interesting clubs in operation, covering the usual trivial stuff such as gaming and performing music, as well as others that seemed like they could have been pulled out of a fantasy novel, such as a shapeshifter's club.

Then he came across one particular tent that stood out from the others- well, not in the usual ways. What caught his eye was how ordinary it looked. The boring olive colouring, with only the basic sign at the top to hint at the club's operation- it was as if it's creators were trying not to stand out and attract potential club members. His curiosity lightly tugged at him, begging the question; what exactly is this club's purpose?

He decided to follow his curiosity's pull and enter the tent. The interior was just as plain as the exterior, as expected. He walked up to question the man inside. "Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice your 'information and assistance' club stand. If you don't mind, I'd like to inquire you about the purpose of your establishment."

Wesker finished writing whatever it was he was jotting down and set his pen down next to the ledger before looking up at the man who had entered the tent. He gestured to a chair and selected a card off one of the stacks and set it out in front of the stranger. "You may have a seat if you wish. If I could ask you to write your full name at the top of this card, it would certainly be appreciated. It helps tally who is utilizing our services."

Wesker would wait for either the individual to sit down and sign the card, or several moments passed without action from Katsuo. Regardless of which occurred, he made no motion to retrieve the card just yet. "Our little office here offers the services of the club, as well as operating as something of an information booth for the festival. If you are in need of information, then we can tell you or find out for you. If you need something, we can most likely get it, do it, etcetera."

Wesker waved his hand around, gesturing dismissively as he spoke. "Payment for these services shall come in the same. Most often you will simply owe a favor of similar stature to the club, or if you hold desirable information we may ask for that."

Katsuo sat down on one of the chairs and signed the card with his name. He wouldn't take further action, however, without an answer from the man. After all, what would be the point in blindly signing up for something he knew nothing about?

After a few moments, the guy did provide an explanation of the club's services. A club based around collecting and trading information did sound interesting to him. Since he was in a well-known family, he knew he would have to tread carefully with certain bits of information.

Nonetheless, people of his desired profession did this sort of thing as part of their jobs; to protect their designated client effectively, they needed to discern potential threats before they could act. This would be an interesting way to make use of his training, which was just another reason for him to join.

"Is this all there is to the registration process, or is there something else to it?" He inquired as he slid the card towards the man.

Wesker raised an eyebrow when Katsuo mentioned the registration process. "Oh? You're interested in joining the club? Well in that case you'll have to go through the initiation process. It's quite simple really. All you must do is obtain the proper paperwork to join the club, and once you've filled out the forms, you must simply locate one of the drop off points. Find one and leave the paperwork there, and once it's been processed I will inform you of the status of your membership."

He slipped the card off the table and glanced at it before dropping it into the lock box. "Does that sound agreeable Mr. Sadaharu? I'm sure if you bare the requisite skills, it will be no problem for you."

The crowd was amazing, and the booth and stands looked like they would stretch endlessly, and it was almost intimidating. But Mizuko loved club festivals, they held them in her previous school, too, and she'd always wander around, looking for cool things she can spend money on.

Today though, she wasn't roaming around aimlessly. She'd been reading random thoughts of random people, and she had come across some information about this club that specializes in them, in information, and she suddenly wanted to join. Why not? She can read thoughts, after all. And store them on an external storage device.

The booth was almost unnoticeably small, but the way it looked so plain among glamorous stands made it stand out. Mizuko stopped a couple of feet away, as the guy behind the booth was still attending to another person, but she was going to wait, and ask about the club. Hopefully she doesn't get rejected.

Katsuo raised an eyebrow after the guy finished talking. His explanation of the signup process was too vague and incomplete to go on. Then he mentioned bearing the "requisite skills", and he understood. He'd explained it all already. He would need to fill in the blanks on his own somehow. And he knew he possessed the skills to do so, due to his training.

"Certainly. Thank you, sir." With that, he stood and exited the booth.

Wesker gave a slight, seated bow to the man across from him. "Glad to be of service, Mr. Sadaharu. I look forward to our future dealings."

He then righted himself again, and shifted his uneasy smile to the girl that was waiting so patiently. He slid another card off on of the piles and gestured to the seat adjacent to him. "Please miss, there is plenty of room in the booth, you need not stand outside. If you would just sign the top of the card, please."

Mizuko tilted her head as the other person left, and she'd peek inside more and smile back at the person behind the booth. Wesker Straundlin, she's at least managed to get his name from his thoughts. "Hello," she took a bow for a greeting, before taking the offer to enter the booth. She'd take her seat, before taking the card with both hands. She stared at it thoughtfully, before automatically writing "つうし水子" at the top. But then there was a quick moment of panic and she quickly crossed it out and wrote her name in Roman alphabets below, "Mizuko Tsuushi".

She gave it back, before resting her hands on her lap.

"Eto... I'm not mistakened that this is the club for information gathering and all that, right?" Her question was irrelevant; she's seen the booth sign. She just didn't know how to start. She was a little nervous (or intimidated by the person in front of her, she's not sure), and her slight Japanese accent was slipping because of that. She had very good pronunciation though, not like the stereotypical Japanese Engurishi. "I've been looking for you since I wanted to join the club. Although I do want some kind of information now, too, that's what the booth is mainly for, right?"

Wesker took the card from he and glanced at it before setting it on the table facing her once again. He studied the female across from him during the few moments he was given as she asked her questions, and when he spoke again it was in Japanese, his accent only barely there to denote he was not a native speaker.

"[j]You are correct, Tsuushi-san, This booth is meant to be a house for the commodity of information. New members are welcome of course, to join all you need to do is obtain the proper documents, fill them out, and then leave them at one of the drop off points for the club. From there the will be obtained and submitted and you shall be informed of you status as a member of the club.[/j]"

He paused for just a moment, before continuing on. "[j]You said you had an inquiry? How can I be of service?[/j]"
