To say the Grand Opening of the new Italian restaurant Grande spazio cibo! was a blast was understating it.

The owners, or specifically the owners' parents, hired several people to make sure everything was perfect, from streamers and balloons to a live jazz band. The seaside restaurant advertised its opening around the school and the beach-goers, and had many great affiliates that were willing to help out for the day because of their parents' connections. There was a grand buffet and an open bar and everything was apparently FREE FREE FREE. A man with red hair that was commonly found in the Angels and Demons Bar served drinks, and a woman with silver hair guarded the occasion with her life.

It would've been party of the century.

If it weren't for the fact that the owners were hilariously incompetent. Two bros, spoiled rotten by their parents' wealth, built the restaurant out of a whim to prove to their parents to prove their competence, but every single item on the menu ranged from cheap and incredibly bad for you to just plain bad.

Oh well.

At least the live band and the drinks are nice.

[ POPTART WHAT IS THIS? So, some people want their characters to branch out and mingle but they don't know how to do it. This Player-ran plot encourages your characters to mingle with others, members old and new. Don't be shy. Have a pizza. <3 (Also, if you say they won't go there if it's not their job, then you can say they're working there temporarily because of the owners' connections, whether they're the band or waiters or something like that.) ]

Morgan Ferris had been to quite a few partys like this one, having fairly wealthy parents she had experience with this sort of thing. She prepared a nice outfit for the occasion, some black slacks and a short sleeved white button up, and she even got to wear her fancy red heels. But it quickly became apparent that this wasnt a classy party she was used to when she tried the food, it wasnt awful or anything, but it wasnt really good, very mediocre. She also noticed that due to her diet she couldn't eat almost half the things on the menu. The menu didnt even have Morgans favrotie Italian dish! Italian Caprese was a must get whenever going to an italian restaurant! Morgan ended up getting a plate with a bit of Bruschetta, hopefully it wasnt to bad...

I feel the need to mention that every aspect of this party was planned in the Plotting cbox. 10/10 great work everyone

Cheska had found her way into this strange restaurant; she was not even hungry, she was just looking for people to upset. That would bring her amusement, wouldn't it? It usually did, when she made someone cry.

She sucked on her lower lip as she sauntered through the front doors, the cool air in the building soothed her heated skin, and her plump red lips tilted slightly in a crooked smile, though she was not too keen on actually smiling, not unless she had too.

She settled at a table to study those coming in, fingers tapping roughly against the tabletop. Was everything 'free'? Like truly free, she wondered. Or was there a catch and she just had not caught on yet?

She grumbled slightly, perhaps she should just leave now...

Samael took the first free moment he had to appreciate how glad he was that usually he didn't have to walk more than the length of a bar in order to get somebody their drink. The moment was, however, soon over and then it was back to running around the room, getting people their drinks and wondering, though much more silently, even inside his own mind, as he committed drink order after drink order to memory why in the world would anybody eat the food that was served here, apart from the fact that it was free? Well, he thought in his next free moment. He had probably answered his own question there. The third free moment was spent wondering how in the world did his father even know people who owned this place, especially well enough to want to lend them a hand. The fourth free moment was yet to pass, but it would probably be spend in worrying whether the said father was overworking himself in the said bar.

Rayn and Chris walked in, with Kris being the new guy in school and Rayn barely knowing a percentage of people in the school she just had to go. But Rayn kinda didn't wanna go alone so she decided to drag her older brother with her.

They walked through the door and Rayn automatically went to the bar, she didn't really need food to survive. Kris, not knowing anybody just followed her to the bar. But little did he know, he was kinda Rayn's secret weapon to getting some new friends. Kris could read minds so he could decipher people faster than you can sneeze.

Rayn ordered an appletini. She forced Kris to have a drink even though he doesn't drink she forced him anyway so he got a bud light.

Rayn and Kris didn't talk much.... since they were having mental conversations thanks to Kris's telepathy.

Then a girl walked in looking completely overdressed and another came in with a crooked smile... Rayn thinks she remembers one of them she just cant put her finger on it. "I heard this place was supposed to be all the rage." Rayn said to Kris telepathically. "Well right now it sure doesn't look that way..." Kris replied. "You just have to be patient.... People will swarm in soon enough." Rayn said with an almost sympathetic expression.

Milk looked around as she walked into the restaurant. She had noticed it after finishing her evening run, and decided to walk inside. She was pretty hot after all. She walked up to the counter and noticed some onions behind the counter, regular ol' white onions. Her favorite! She ordered a glass of water, and managed to convince the server to give her just a regular onion. Milk now sat at a table near the back, simply observing the party and eating her onion. Like an apple. What a weird girl!

Murphy paused in front of the restaurant and peered inside. At first he passed it off as some sort of private gathering, though the signs stating that everything was on the house caught his attention. His stomach growled, annoyed by his constant diet of caffeine and nicotine rather than actual food, and he stepped cautiously inside. The crowd seemed mostly students of varying ages, perhaps they were from the academy? Well, if this was a school gathering he was technically allowed to be here. Sure he may not be technically registered yet, nor did he have anything to prove he was a student other than his acceptance letter, but he could worry about that later. He attempted to casually slumped through the crowd, quite a feat when he stood at a little over six feet, and ended up by the buffet where he began loading up a plate as quickly and unobtrusively as possible with anything within reach.

Michael was generally quiet, but sometimes he knew it’d be important to go out and try to at least be a bit social. Teaching at a school for something as specific as flying was probably not going to be as easy as he’d like, but at the same time it was something he’d enjoy. His bright gold and silver wings were tucked away beneath a tight turtle neck, and as always he was pretty much covered in bandages underneath the shirt, with one poking out of the top of his turtle neck. Healing people hadn’t necessarily ever done him any good, and he’d have to pay for that bit.

Long hair, appearing golden blonde, rested on his shoulder, extending down to his waist. He coughed a few times as he walked into the room, an eyebrow raising at the smell. Some of the food smells in here were…very unnatural. Used to eating in the forest, he was kind of not prepared for how incredibly greasy things seemed to be. Yeah um…maybe he’d just listen to the band quietly. Should someone get close enough, they would likely be able to see a bit of a shimmer off of his hair when the light hit it. His hair was actually golden blonde, seeing as flecks of gold did kind of pepper the strands.

Approaching one of the tables, he moved to grab himself a seat, taking off a pair of white gloves and stretching out worn, scraped up hands.

It wasn't often that Luna got to have a night out on the town for herself. Usually she spent her nights in her dorm or swimming in the pool in her normal form. She didn't venture to the ocean ever, for fear of seeing her "Aunt", and she rarely went off campus. She could, it was no big deal, really, but to go out in public required maintaining her perfect image, which was tiresome. So instead, she stayed at home and did her thing where nobody could see her.

However, her avoiding others bit her in the ass in the end. Now while she searched for members of her band, nobody came up. She only had that blue jackass as her lead singer, which left three musicians to search for. Not fun.

But she had to start somewhere, so she grabbed some more fliers with new dates scribbled on them and went to this restaurant to mingle. Maybe some fellow students would show up...

She stood outside the door, too paralyzed with nerves to go in and sit down, staring at the windows. Relax, she thought, you look gorgeous, no one will think badly of you at all...

And with that, she hurried inside.

''Samael, table!'', one of the other waiters hired into helping with the grand opening of the restaurant yelled at him as he walked by him, making him frown in concentration in order to keep up with the order he was currently receiving from the people not wanting to sit at the bar and get their drinks themselves. Repeating the list to himself with each step of the way he caught up to the other waiter, only to have to physically grab him and restrain him in order to keep him still long enough to ask ''Which one?'' Grabbing the previously ordered drinks, he made his way back to the table through the seemingly ever growing number of people, slowly starting to curse the fact that the his help wasn't needed behind the bar. At least there there was a solid block of wood between him and all the...people.

In the end, he survived long enough to find himself giving the same speech he had been giving the whole night to yet another customer: everything he saw was free, from the food on the buffet to the drinks on the card in front of him, band was such as such... It was mindless work he had already done a hundred times since the beginning of the night, though he was usually talking to groups and was already interrupted at least twice before he reached this point.

''So, what can I get you?'', he asked, probably unprofessionally, but he was a bartender(-in-training) not (any sort of) waiter, though he tried.
