Name: Felicity Rodriguez
Age: 38 (Looks to be in her mid 20's)
Birthday: Unknown
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Category: Citizen
Career: Military Contractor, Mechanic
Appearance Description:

Felicity stands at a height of 5'9" with an athletic, androgynous build. She has medium-length brown, spiky hair, amber eyes and a scar over her right eye. She has a number of scars from bullets and blades around her body which is lighter in tone from her tanned complexion.
During contractor work, she can regularly be seen wearing a dark olive trench coat with a flame patch on the shoulders, with matching fatigues and gloves. And yes, she does wear combat boots to finish it all up. She also has a headset that works as a personal assistant with the capabilities of a music player and a phone. The attached visor provides augmented reality. She also has a half-face gas mask on her almost 24/7, if not strapped to her face, then hanging around her neck.
In her civilian wear, she has a leather choker with a metal ring. This is a glamour that lightens her skin tone, hides her scars, shortens her hair and changes her eye color to a brilliant blue. However, it doesn't change her facial or body structure. It doesn't change her voice either. With slightly shorter hair, multiple ear piercings are revealed. Since she doesn't carry her gas mask as a civilian, she instead carries around a small pouch of charcoal in case she needs to calm her pyromania.
Personality Description: Felicity for the most part holds people at arms length. She likes to keep her personal space free of strangers, and will get confrontational if people get too close to her, especially men. While she is slightly a misandrist, the perceived age of a person affects how distrustful she is of them. Mainly any male/masculine-looking figure above the age of 20 is subject to a low starting point for her trust and will shoot down any flirting attempts from them. This also applies to trans people, if they look masculine enough to her.
That being said, it's not impossible to befriend her if people fall into the range of distrust. She genuinely tries to look past her prejudices, however she will need time. And a respectable amount of space. Before too long, she will come to accept them once she's sure she can trust them.
And once she decides to fully trust someone, they can count on her to come to their aid, if it's reasonable to do so. But break that trust, and one might not be able to win it back. The most one could hope for would be being able to talk as if nothing has happened.
She's mostly a closed-off individual, but with a fiery temper. However she is not incapable of casual social interactions. She is not afraid to speak her mind, but often attempts to mask her words with humor and sarcasm.
When the situation calls for it, she will not hesitate to come to blows. She has always been a brawler by nature, and she is not one to pull punches once confronted.
Felicity has a passion for machines. She enjoys watching mechanisms at work and every piece meshing together. This passion however doesn't extend to electronics. While she knows how each piece works and why each chip and resistor is there on the board, she greatly prefers to see the mechanical side of things, to see them actually moving rather than being static blocks.
She also has a slight case of pyromania after an accident that claimed her father's life. It used to be much worse, having been sent to jail at one point for what the authorities thought to be arson. However she has been handling it pretty well as of late. Some of her gas mask filters actually have charcoal in them to calm her nerves once she feels the need to set something on fire. She found the scent sufficient in suppressing the impulses most of the time.
Felicity is also a bit paranoid and in some ways self-conscious, which is why she prefers to wear thick, heavy clothing as she feels safe in them (though men's clothing suffices at times where she appears as a civilian). If she didn't mind the weight of a kevlar vest, she would have been wearing that as well. When doing contract work, she will also carry a set of tools; screwdrivers, wrenches, a rag and electrical tape all bundled up in a cloth kit hanging from her belt. She also carries two rolls of bandages, a pack of band aids, plaster tape, and gauze in her trench coat. Why? For emergencies of course. In her civilian work, she just has the tools.
Active Abilities:
Glamour — A simple enchanted leather choker with a metal ring that changes her appearance to be less scarred, have a lighter skin tone, makes her eyes blue, and slightly shortens her hair. Voice, body shape and facial structures aren't modified.
Tech-Assisted — Felicity's headset provides her with a phone/radio as well as real-time facial recognition to help her determine if she's met a person before. Any stored data can be brought up through the orange visor attached to the headset via augmented reality. In addition, it can calculate distance and height of objects or entities, and can visualize some magic energies and compare it to a stored database to give a general idea of auras nearby, and also detect sources of magic (i.e. someone casts a fireball, and Felicity only saw the fireball, the visor can visualize the trace magic left behind and possibly attribute it to someone who she saw using similar magic). Since worlds have different magical frequencies, the best this device can guess is the general nature of an aura, like whether it affects someone's thought process or manipulate the environment and rank them based on possible dangers, (much like aura warning bracelets).
'Lighter' — She has metal bands that covers her wrists and part of the back of her hands and the palm of her hands, over her gloves (fingerless gloves when she's in civilian attire). Above the wrist is a tiny nozzle that lights up when the device is at a certain angle with a specific set of hand movements. The flame starts out like a light's flame, small and harmless, but it can fire off a cone of fire up to 10 meters away and half a meter wide. If sustained at its maximum output, a single fuel cartridge can last for 3 minutes. She usually has only one on her when in her civilian mode, usually on her left hand.
Passive Abilities:
Tech-Enhanced — Most of Felicity's body is nanite-infused, giving her bones and muscles twice as strong as regular human counterparts, effectively making her twice as strong as well. She also heals twice as fast, and resistant to, and recovers faster from infections.
Fiery Friends — Most fires avoid hurting Felicity whenever possible. She is surrounded by a faint protective barrier that warps fire around her body. Unless someone was magically controlling the fire, then she can come out of a blazing inferno unscathed.

Biography: Felicity isn't from this dimension. In fact, she has traveled to two other dimensions before finding herself on Earth. She came from Haven, in a country named Forge where the capital is located around an active volcano. The country is known for its industry and rapid advancements.
Her mother died when Felicity was young, and was raised by her father despite him working full time in his repair and fabrication shop. Being one of the best there was at what he did, Felicity learned from him and his employees and before long she could fix an engine by herself at age 10.
Unfortunately, there was a large fire that broke out that claimed her father's life as he tried to protect her from the flames. While everything burnt down to ashes, she was found unharmed. One of her father's employees took her in and kept her going, and psychological tests later down the line revealed that her trauma became a fascination with fire.
With her reputation however, she was soon taken in to work on new technologies but she had to prove what it took. And so she designed a compact flamethrower in the form of a gauntlet, however her creation was stolen and passed off by a high-ranking employee's son and his friends as their own. Her insistence and aggressive stance on the matter took her off the program, but it also made her the prime suspect when the building burnt down after the gauntlet malfunctioned. Not helped by the fact that she was found at the scene, delighted at the flames.
She spent a year in prison before somebody breached its walls and let loose the majority of the inmates. There she was picked up by armed personnel, along with a number of other prisoners. She joined them when given the choice, becoming a combat engineer.
During a raid, her boss, a cybernetic nano soldier gone rogue, stole and activated a device that ripped portals to other dimensions and escaped through them when the laboratory fell apart. Unable to tell how to get back to their own dimension, Felicity, her boss, and a number of other soldiers continued to be mercenaries, and continued to do so when another dimensional rip took them to another world. On the third dimensional event, she was heavily wounded. She and her boss ended up in the Starlight Observation Station, where she was left to recover. And when she did, she already had a place to stay in Manta Carlos.
Resources: She carries around some basic tools and medical supplies and possesses a highly-advanced headset that acts as her personal data assistant and also provides augmented reality. She also has a compact, miniature arm-mounted flamethrower that looks like a metallic arm band that she will play off as just a fancy lighter. She also has a small house, with two floors, a workshop, two bedrooms and a hidden basement.
