At a normal standing posture, she is around 6 feet tall, however from the top of her head to the tip of her tail, she is 12 feet long. Her ears are fin-like and share the same shades of turquoise color combination as her tail and eyes. On her human half, her skin is a light brown. She has long brown hair styled into a bushy and pointy ponytail with a lock dyed pink at the front. She has three pairs of arms, and on each pair of hands, the nails are color-coded (green, pink, blue). At first it would seem that she has filed her teeth into points, but those are her natural set. Thankfully, they aren't as sharp as they look. She also has a rattle on the tip of her tail, and a long, slender tongue that can touch her neck.
Personality Description: Jackie is a simple girl. She enjoys a lot of music genres. Most notable being techno, dubstep, and surprising to some, classical and piano. However she does not like slow, romantic music. That is the only kind of music she will gag at. So far.
She once described herself as part big sister, and part punk. She's responsible, but her definition of being responsible is more along the lines of "As long as nobody loses an arm". She's pretty much an enabler, but has a sense of when things get out of hand. And she enjoys making situations tread that line if she feels it'd be a fun experience for her and her friends.
While she does go to every party she can spare time for, she hasn't sacrificed her studies too much, but this was mostly due to wanting to one-up a snooty classmate she had in kindergarten whose nose was so turned up that it almost touched the ground. Long story, short, that classmate felt so high and mighty that she was top of the class that Jackie went out of her way to study and get better grades while still enjoying playtime with friends. This went on until Jackie decided to go to Dark Crystal Academy as a final 'take that' towards said snooty classmate. Her self-enforced habit helped to keep her grades up so she could afford to party whenever and wherever she liked.
Jackie also likes cold weather and naps.

Sound Manipulation — Jackie can amplify (up to 5 times the volume), silence or isolate any or all sound sources within 10 meters of her. She can also create a 'sound barrier' that can prevent sound from entering or leaving the border, but does not stop anything else from coming in or out. It can only stretch out up to 20 meters from her, and it looks like a soap bubble. It can take on any basic convex shapes.
Vocal Range — Jackie can freely change the sound of her voice with conscious effort. It doesn't matter if its deep, high-pitched, an animal or even a car alarm, Jackie will be able to change her voice to that. It's not magical, rather she just has a lot of control over her already flexible vocal chords. This also makes ventriloquism a lot easier.

Naga Physiology — Jackie has 3 pairs of arms, her lower half is serpentine with a rattle, her forked tongue can touch the base of her neck, and her ears look like fins. She's six times as strong as the average human without any training, and can hold about that many average humans if she can coil her body around them. Her hearing is a bit better than a human's however not as good as a dog's, and she has natural night vision as well as transparent eyelids under her normal eyelids that keep her eyes protected while underwater. She can also breathe underwater and isn't affected by decompression while diving deep and suddenly surfacing.

Naga Physiology — She can't regulate her own body temperature, and she sheds her serpentine skin every 3 months, which makes the affected skin irritable and itchy.

Jackie grew up with an older brother who more or less molded her into what she is today. He was responsible if a bit of a trouble maker, though their parents were pretty lenient so long as they didn't get themselves hurt. Jackie took after her mother who was a savage when it came to family. Her father may have had the muscles to crush a tank like it was a soda can, but even he paled when her mother got angry.
Her mother taught her how to fight her own battles and to never drag anyone into her own problems. But if they decided to get involved despite efforts to push them away, then that was a sign of a good friend.
Her father, well, he taught her how to deal with people in different ways. He was hard-headed and she inherited that trait of his, and her brother steered her into using methods that involved the least amount of physical violence. Take for example that time a snooty classmate of hers in kindergarten got all high and mighty because her family was loaded in the narrow reality, boasting about personal tutors and the highest grade, all the while talking everyone down because they weren't on her level.
Jackie was on the receiving end of one of those verbal abuses and she nearly gotten herself in trouble when she planned to throw a jar of itching powder on her classmate. (It was a creative plan at the time.) But her brother eventually got her to agree to just one-up her classmate in the things she boasted about. Riches were obviously out of the question, so Jackie did everything she could, including becoming a better singer, piano player, getting higher grades, all the while hanging out with friends she made throughout her campaign to humiliate a snooty kid by being better at everything else. It all finally ended with her going to Dark Crystal Academy for middle school in a move purely to spite her classmate who always spoke about wanting to enroll there. That classmate of hers moved back to the narrow reality a year after that.
Without a rival, Jackie fell a little bit behind from those who were actually academically inclined, but she was still among those in the top percentile, having her forced study habit actually stick with her. While studying at DCA, Jackie picked up music and singing as a hobby, which lead to her learning about being a DJ from a friend, and eventually making synth tracks on her own when she was in high school, posting them up on sites like YouTube. She had even collaborated with a number of people out in the Narrow Reality, going under the name of "Lady Vashj", after the character from Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne, one of her favorite games.
She only made a few appearances in her videos, and any time she feels brave enough to record herself, she usually does it through silhouette, admittedly trying to balance on a tightrope with the veil. She was enjoying a following of at least a few thousands across her social media accounts when DCA was frozen and taken out of the timeline.
Resources: She is staying at an apartment provided by the MC authorities. Aside from DCA uniforms, a few sets of clothing, and her phone and a now-outdated laptop, she doesn't have much.
