Name: Kiron Hel'Sarie
Age: 28
Birthday: June 18
Gender: Male
Species: Original (Void Walker)
Category: Citizen
Career: Arcane Reattuner / Enchanter
Appearance Description:
(Corviknight (Pokemon) by めるはけ)
Kiron is a 5'11", pale, lean-bodied male, usually dressed sharply, with short dark bluish hair and red eyes. He wears glasses not because he needs them, but rather its an easy medium to enhanchant on the fly. The lenses aren't graded.
Personality Description: Kiron has an air of arrogance mixed with the charm of a noble. He can be endearing to some and a target for face-bound knuckles to others. Despite his demeanor, he enjoys helping others, but whether his drive to do so is fueled by wanting to be a good person, or to flaunt his abilities is anyone's guess. He also enjoys not giving straight answers to things he doesn't deem too important as he likes to have a little bit of mystery around himself.
Active Abilities:
Arcane Weaving — Kiron can see and manipulate individual threads of magic, which allows him to infuse magical properties on object and modify a person's magical/supernatural affinity to a certain degree. With it, he can strengthen someone's magic, or hinder them, but doing either of these things is akin to surgery, and can't be done quickly without risking irreversible damage. As he can infuse magical properties to objects, he can also remove them. Additionally, he can repair magical items, provided it still holds its magic. He can also dispel magics like wards and 'cut into' barriers if given enough time to manipulate their threads. He can even suppress magical abilities from a person altogether and removing them completely would require multiple 'operations'.
When the moment calls for it, Kiron can do a 'dirty weave', in which he can quickly infuse spells on non-magical objects. Because of the unrefined nature of the weave, the resulting spells are simple and break their mediums from the force of the spell being cast through it or otherwise consume it like fuel, and their maximum power is limited to the object's mass.
Special Tools — Kiron has a number of enchanted items he keeps on himself for emergencies.
Passive Abilities:
Void Walker — Void Walkers are immune to all forms of curses, diseases, parasites and poisons. Their blood is charged with magic, allowing injuries to heal 20 times as quickly, but can also be used in different ways, including healing other people, usually by smearing their blood over the wound. They also nullify ambient magic like auras for themselves. Generally, if they aren't the target of the spell, it doesn't affect them. They are also invisible to wards, magical senses or spells that grant enhanced senses.
Weaknesses:
Voidbound — Kiron is bound to the Void, and if he ever gets cut off from it like being trapped in another dimension that's sealed off from every other dimension, he will begin degrading in magic and eventually die. But before that, he will absorb what magic is around him as a last resort. Magic nullification accessories are dangerous items as well as it severs his connection to the void and stops him from absorbing magic.
Biography:
Kiron is from a dimension they call the Void. It is an archipelago composed of floating islands. There is no natural sky here, and if one were to fall off the islands, they will simply float down to a 'bottom' level in the dimension. This dimension is dense with magic, to the point where all the wildlife and plants exhibit some form of magical properties and abilities.
Here he was born with a higher-than-usual potential for magic, even within his own family. He was a natural when it came to manipulating magic around himself to the point where a sect of Void Walkers known as the Weavers took notice and invited him to study under them, an offer as rare as the Weavers themselves.
With them, he was able to see and manipulate individual threads of magic, where the average Void Walker simply felt them. With that kind of control, he was able to infuse mundane objects with numerous elements as if he was embroidering them onto the objects.
He then learned to manipulate the threads that were embedded within animals, and then people, adjusting their arcane aspects, 'optimizing' them in a way, boosting various aspects on a person, not just limited to their magical abilities. Of course he can also do the opposite and hinder certain aspects or outright sever it, though such acts are like surgery, and can't be done on the fly, at least when it comes to living creatures. And perhaps the most unnerving skill he had learned was being able to infuse corpses with magic, allowing it to become living again, minus its memories. Some call it necromancy, he calls it puppeteering.
After his studies, he became an archivist on objects retrieved from other dimensions from fellow Void Walkers who chose to travel beyond the void, helping his people to understand the magics of different worlds.
He was content enough with his work as each item that lands on his lap was like a new kind of puzzle every time. But that changed when the shift in Manta Carlos turning into a pocket dimension occurred. It interested those who were in his field as it was quite similar to how their own pocket dimension came to be. Different circumstances, but the end result was more or less the same.
However what interested him more was the effect that change had on the two agents who were already on Manta Carlos, who just happened to be his cousins. After one of them disappeared which injured the other, the council had to take some precautions before sending anyone else, but in the end, the two were safely returned, and Kiron offered to study Manta Carlos in their place.
His first order of business was to retrieve his cousins' belongings from the school and return it to them, then, with some help from Devias, established an actual business that would support his stay.
Resources: A modest magic shop in the city with a living quarters on the second floor, plus funds he inherited from his cousins as they had no need for it.

Special Tools — Kiron has a number of enchanted items he keeps on himself for emergencies.
- Barrier Glove — His left glove is enchanted with a barrier template. By itself it can create an impassible force field up to 5 meters away from him, up to 10 meters long and up to 3 meters thick, following the direction of Kiron's hand. If dirty woven with an element, the barrier changes properties. With fire, it makes a wall of fire, with wind, a wall with a strong directional draft, earth, a wall of earth, etc. The walls can last up to 3 minutes before it disintegrates/dissipates.
- Projectile Glove — His right glove is enchanted with a projectile template. By itself, it can shoot out a ball of purple magic up to 100 meters away. The projectile dissipates when it is out of range. If dirty woven with an element, the projectile changes to that element. The size and speed changes with how many fingers are extended, with smaller projectiles traveling faster. Sizes ranges from golf ball-sized to basketball-sized.
- Scrying Glasses — His pair of glasses can be quickly enchanted to allow him to see through different types of visions, such as heat vision, vibration, movement, etc.
