WELCOMING NEW MEMBERS!

A club which focuses on studying and bringing one's grades up to a good standard.
(maaaay include hang-out time and/or chocolate to share)
The Club meets every Monday to discuss assignments and in general to hang out.

CLUB EVENTS:

UPDATE: The Academia will be hosting a booth at the Student Festival, both to gather attention, members, and support for their cause, but also to show off note-taking skills, have trivia quizzes for prizes, and generally to pal around and have fun. Anyone who wants to help Aswan set up/otherwise be at the Starlight Academia booth with Aswan - post in this thread ^ ^

Giant group threads tend to do poorly (see: every single quacking group thread I've ever been in). I'd recommend doing mini-study groups, maybe three people per, organized by age?

Grade 9: Klef
Grade 10: Aswan, James, Roland, Elizabeth, Raphael
Grade 11: Naoko, Elias, Devias, Lorencia

Yea. I gotta agree with Romi. I think breaking them up into smaller groups would be best, maybe we can have a monthly get together for the whole group, along with the smaller group threads.

i'll agree with romi too
additionally since there are members of the group that dont have others in the same grade, some of them could group together similar to a tutoring? like for example klef gets to join a pair from the 10th graders who could probably help her out

Okay, yeah. That sounds reasonable. Thanks, Romi - I'll divide the member list up into grade, that way it's not a suffercluster of a thread. Then whoever wants to can start plotting in here with their grade group (and outside their grade of they want).

Ohh. I see. Yeah, that sounds like a wonderful idea. I'll edit in the list of members according to age/grade (thank you Romi) and do it that way, so no huge thread sufferclusters. And yeah, Hyper, that seems reasonable. As for monthly meetings, maybe that'd make more sense in the context of time for threads/plots. Thanks Saber! Thanks for your input, all ^^

I think it'd be cool if they could have an outing during school breaks so they could unwind, and if I remember correctly, one is coming up soonish?
