Aletia helped Ed up, and turned to face to wall. She groaned at what was happening all of a sudden.

"Let's just say, I wasn't prepared for it." she said, walking over to touch the ice. She didn't feel anything.

"Is it me, or are we becoming a touch numb?" Once more, Aletia stared at the door, and slammed her fist into it with all her might. The ice cracked a little. Another punch. It broke a little.

"Wanna help?"

Ed frowned, balling her fingers into a tiny fist and shrugging. "A touch numb." She repeated, unable to think of anything else to say. She didn't know, couldn't feel it anyway. It was getting worse and worse, her inability to feel, and it was scaring her. But this time, Aletia was feeling the same - maybe it was just something that happened to the students here. Ed forced a smile on her face, although she knew it wasn't.

She was jerked back to earth by the other girl's query, and she nodded silently and ran to stand beside her. She turned, squinting at the ground, looking for shadows; finally she found a sizable one mirroring a punching bag on the floor, and she summoned it and broke it into two large men.

She punched the door, clawing at the spider web of broken ice bits and frowning when they stayed in place. She sighed, turning back to the two shadows and motioning them forward. "Help!"
They glanced at each other, running forward and conversing among themselves for a moment before joining in.

Aletia groaned as she hurt her fist once again. Why, in all places, did her power have to unleash itself here? Why? She pounded her fist again, and soon there was the door. She had broken part of the ice. She would have screamed with glee if her fist hadn't become icy.

"Oh my..." she said, fearing to even finish the sentence...

Edward turned to the girl, face first one of glee at her breaking through, a soft frown furrowing her childish face as she saw her fist. "Can it... Can you feel..." She leaned in close to inspect it, half of her wanting to throw it against the wall to let the ice shatter, the other part of her afraid that Aletia's fist would shatter as well. She reached out to touch the icy hand, inhaling sharply as she realized both her hands were incased in the product of the girl's new power as well. "Aletia..." She half-whined, chewing on her lip for a second and then "can you do stuff with fire too? You could just melt the ice!" A look of hope spread across her face, although she knew it wouldn't work.

Aletia turned to Edward. Well, maybe she could be able to use fire. After all, it seemed that she had Wind, Ice and Darkness, so what are the chances that she couldn't control fire?

A whole lot,

"Well, I guess it's worth a shot, even though I don't know why my fist is numb..," she whispered, looking at her fist, then at Ed, then at the ice on the door. "Here goes nothing..."

Aletia concentrated really hard. There was no noise in the room apart from Ed's shadow people whom she summoned slaming their fist into the door. A bright light came from Aletia's icy fist, as a flame appeared above it.

Farrion decided it was time for him to do a few exercises, and get himself a little more limber.

He made his way up to the gym, and just on the outside, he noticed how extremely large it was. mesmerized, he tried to open the large front door but as soon as he touched the handle, he quickly pulled his hand away.

Ice? How is the door solid ice?

Then, he realized there must be someone in there with an ice power. So instead, outside the door he layed down, and started his exerices, waiting for the door to thaw.

Aletia's eyes widened at the sound of anotrher student. She groaned. "You could've come earlier, but what the hell. We'll be alright, but stay there, in case this thing doesn't work."

The flame in Aletia's hand grew larger and larger, until it was the size of her palm. Slowly, ever so slowly, the ice began to melt.

Ed frowned, dropping down on the ground and attempting to peer at the shoes of the male on the other side. "We're getting out," she announced helpfully, eyes flickering up to Aletia and the flame in her hand. Well, her shadows probably weren't needed anymore... She flicked a hand in a wave to dismiss them, grinning lightly, and they waved back and merged into shadows again. Probably the only outing they'd had in a while... She'd have to come back tomorrow and play with them.

She stood up, brushing invisible dirt off her shirt absent-mindedly. "D'ya have any other powers? Might as well test 'em out now." She tilted her head to the side, completely serious.

Aletia grinned at Ed. "I think we've had too many encounters with other powers for now."
