Adelina sighed when he questioned her decision. "I'm sure..." she said quietly, looking at him. To tell the truth, she didn't know why she was telling him not to leave when she had wanted him to before. Besides, he was offering to now... she shook her head, deciding it was just because she wanted to be kind. "You can really stay if you want to, I won't force you to leave."

Andrew shrugged. "Okay." He sat there quietly for a few minutes, hoping she would say something. The silence wasn't really awkward though.
He would have said something, but he didn't think it was that good of an idea, especially after what had just happened. He stuck his hands in his pockets and stared up at the sky.

Adelina was used to silence, and actually liked it. She didn't say anything, not really wanting to be the one to break it. However, she doubted that he would say something either; if she were in his shoes, she knew for a fact that she would feel uncomfortable thinking of a new conversation topic. Plus, he had thought of everything to say already.

So, she decided to go with the most popular question around this school. "What are your powers?" she asked him, voice still quiet.

Andrew nearly sighed with relief. "Water. I don't know much about it yet. I just know I can put fire out." He turned to look at her. He tried to guess her power. Telepathy maybe?
"What's yours?"

Adelina nodded as he explained what his power was, and was silent for a few moments. She traced her index finger on the roof, a small trail of ice following it. She figured a demonstration might help him figure out her power, but she was going to tell him in words as well. "Ice," she said quietly. "And snow storms, though I'm not very good with that. Ice... ha, fits my personality, doesn't it?" She almost smiled, but she didn't, and just stared down at the small trail of ice she had created.

He looked down and watched as ice formed on the roof. He looked back up at her. "That's pretty darn cool." He said with slight amazement.
Ice... ha, fits my personality, doesn't it?" When she said that, Andrew laughed. "A little, but that's not really a bad thing. See, I'm too outgoing, and I annoy people alot, I guess."

Adelina shrugged her shoulder when he said it was cool. "I suppose," she said quietly. "Though, I'm not as amazing as some of the people in this school. I could care less, though..." She shook her head, not really caring if her powers weren't as interesting as others. She was still deciding on whether or not she liked her powers, actually.

An eyebrow raised somewhat. "I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say. Do you mean that your personality like you're power, or that it isn't?" she asked.

"Though, I'm not as amazing as some of the people in this school. Andrew shrugged. "I wouldn't really know. I haven't met alot of people yet"
I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say. Do you mean that your personality like you're power, or that it isn't?"
"My personality." Andrew said simply.

Adelina shrugged her shoulders. "Obviously," she said to his comment at not knowing many people. "How many people have you met, actually? Just me?" His answer to her question didn't help her figure out much, since ha hadn't answered whether his personality was like his power, or wasn't. She didn't feel like pointing that out, though, so she merely nodded her head. "Oh," she said.

"How many people have you met, actually? Just me?" "Yeah, basically." Andrew replied. He rubbed his hands together, noticing that it was getting colder.
