Wildlife Conservation
Following the appearance of a large number of extra-dimensional creatures in November, the government of Manta Carlos has been doing their best to resolve the issue satisfactorily. With the appearance of new creature having stopped with the appearance of Jason Chang, a scientist from the source dimension, Manta Carlos has now focused it's attention on gathering up the creatures so that they can be returned home.
To this end, Manta Carlos is seeking the help of ordinary citizens. Volunteers who provide their assistance will be compensated for their time and efforts. All volunteers must be at least sixteen years old, due to the potential danger.

To this end, Manta Carlos is seeking the help of ordinary citizens. Volunteers who provide their assistance will be compensated for their time and efforts. All volunteers must be at least sixteen years old, due to the potential danger.
There are three tasks available:
1. The first group will be attempting to corral several large but harmless creatures near the edge of the Forbidden forest. The creatures need to be loaded up into specialized trailers for transport, but show no interest in doing so on their own. This task is not expected to face any serious danger, outside of the possibility that a creature might accidentally run them over if startled.
2. The second task involves travelling into the forest. One of the creatures managed to escape the pen, but is not believed to have wandered far. Considering that this task does involve travelling into the forest, it is considered a good deal more dangerous then the first, and caution is advised.
3. The final task is the most dangerous, and thus the one that would be compensated the most highly--the equivalent of a days pay at a high paying job. With the assistance of a trained forest ranger, volunteers will be travelling deep into the heart of the forest to retrieve a small group of extra-dimensional creatures. While the creatures themselves are not expected to be dangerous, the forest itself is, especially going so deep. Combat is fully expected.

Players should sign up taking into account the possibility that their character will be injured at any of the tasks. The third task is the most dangerous, but even the first task involves the possibility of injury, although we will not kill any characters. Players are only allowed to sign a single character up for a single task (not one per task), and each task will involve a group thread lead by a member of the staff (as Polaris). These threads will start on the 20th, and will be rapid fire, going in rounds between staff posts. There is no posting order, beyond that players should not post twice before the staff member has had a chance to post, and if a player hasn't posted in 48 hours, they will be skipped. If a player is skipped twice in a row, you will not be kicked, but the mod will not wait for you in order to get the thread done ASAP.
To sign up, post in this thread between now and the 19th with the character participating, a link to their profile, and which task they'll be signing up for.
