Personality Description: Despite her tomboy look and manner, Wibree is very smart and gets some of the best grades in her classes. But she tends to hide that side of her with jokes, boyish demeanors, and acting dumb when it suits her. To her the most important things in life is having fun and living in the moment, thus she loves competition and physical activities.
Power Slot 1:
A Shocking Touch - this ability allows Wibree to let loose her electricity up to the voltage of a tazer to a lightning bolt. (Limit) when using this ability she has to be touching ,with any part of her body, an object or person in order for her power to be effective and she can keep up this electrical flow for 1hr. While this power does imply a natural electric resistance, she can't handle strong electric shocks, such as an electric fence or power line, for more than 10 minutes. (Weakness) She can't use her ability underwater or on non conductance material like wood or through magic shields.

~Avian Agility- Allows Wibree to be very agile and light on her, able to match a professional gymnastic athlete with a little bit of floatiness when in the air. (Limit) This does imply that Wibree is quite a light weight so standing her ground or blocking is highly difficult to do.
Physical Quirks: Wibree has feathers in her hair, shoulders, a little on the legs and thighs, and bird like clawed feet. Whenever she feels angry or happy electricity with light up her eyes. She has a tattoo on her lower back pointing down saying 'Kiss Me' in fancy cursive. And 2 piercings on the top part of her left ear.
Mental Quirks: Acts childish and tomboyish a lot to hide her intellect. Sqwaks when she laughs or gets startled. Hates slimey or gooey things. Usually has a toothpick in her mouth just look cool.
Biography:
Wibree was born into a rich family that had a certain image to keep up as most rich families do. From a very young age Wibree was made to be top of the class in all the schools she went to, she was to be proper and prim, and be the best she could be at all times with her the ever so strict parents always giving her everything she needed to be the perfect princess. But this lifestyle didnt suit her personally even though she really has the capability of being the grade A student and Princess. But deep down she was bored and tired of being the pampered princess. Thus when her parents gave her the opportunity to attend the most prestigious school of magic and education (Starlight Academy) Wibree saw it as her chance to start a new. Thus she brought all her own punkish rock clothing of her choice in secret, got a tattoo, and practiced on mirror her new tomboy/punk girl persona. Shes ready to start her own life by her own rules, no longer bound by the rules of her parents, but most importantly she seeks to find the courage inside her to one day confront her parents and show them the real Wibree.
