Lizzy by this point, would be grinning like a cheshire cat. "Oh? Do you want to know more? Because I thought you said.." Lizzy cleared her throat before continuing. "I don't see him any other way." She said in a teasing tone.

"It's not like he got you a valentines day gift or anything." She said, hoping Chi would get the implication. "And he definitely doesn't constantly talk about you." A lie, but a necessary one in Lizzy's eyes.

"But why am I telling you this? You're just friends, right?" Lizzy asked, hoping to bait Chi into actually confessing that she did have a crush on Rowan. It certainly seemed that way, even if Chi wasn't willing to admit it.

"I know what I said but that's not what I mean!" Michi protested. Sure, she didn't see Rowan any other way, but what gave everyone else that idea? Michi really doesn't have an idea and it was bugging her. Lizzy casually listed down a few things (even though one of them was a bit of a stretch) and Michi just stuck there, ever so dense, "But Valentine's is also Friendship Day right??? What's wrong with getting that gift..." Michi asked, clearly confused and unaware that she is uninformed about when Friendship Day actually is. Michi seemed to quiet for a while, falling into thought as she was piecing things together. "Is... is that not how friends are??" It was a miracle Lizzy hasn't given up with how slow her friend could be.

Lizzy just took a very long pause. She needed to think, and the voices were slowly coming back and they were not helping at all. "Shut up.." She growled, before adding "Not you Chi." Chi was dense, she'd known that, but this? This was like talking to a brick wall.

Finally, after about a minute of silence, Lizzy spoke up, popping the p in nope. "Nope Friendship day is the fifteenth. And think about it, Rowan got you a Valentine. Not me, not Dela. You. What does that say, hmm?" She hoped that would finally get through to Chi exactly why Rowan had got her Valentine. If anything else, this had to work. No one was actually this dense.

For a moment, Michi thought Lizzy was talking to her, only to realize after Lizzy corrected herself. Of course, Lizzy wasn't quite used to the voices as she is, so the voices are a degree more irritating. At this point, Michi learned to tune them out so she wasn't hearing them that much. Still, Michi sighed of relief knowing she wasn't annoying her friend with her naivete. Michi seemed to go quiet after Lizzy pointed out she got Friendship Day wrong and that no one else had given her any gifts that day but Rowan. Michi had the nerve to ask why no one got her anything for Friendship Day, but decided not to say anything because she didn't think of gifting anyone that day either, even if she got the day wrong. On the other hand. "Wh... what am I supposed to do with this information? Lizzy, help."

At long last, it seemed like Lizzy had finally gotten through to Chi, only for her to ask a valid question. What was Chi supposed to do now?

While, yes, at least now Lizzy could tease Chi on her relationship with Rowan, she also had gone into this without an endgame. This had all been a spur of the moment thing. Except maybe she could knock out two birds with one stone.

"Well, that depends." Lizzy answered. "I mean, if you do have a crush on him, why don't you go tell him? Or do you just want to watch him suffer?"

Lizzy could probably hear Michi's groan among the sea of voices in her(?) head. If she had control of her own hands right now, she'd be rubbing her face. What was she supposed to do with this information? Apparently Rowan wasn't just being nice to her because they were friends but because what? He wanted to date her?? Is that what having a crush leads to??? Michi just groaned for about a few seconds longer. "I mean I-" Does she have a crush on him? At this point she doesn't even know what the definition of crush is because she's been repeating the word too much today. Is that even a word? "I don't want him to suffer, of course. What kind of friend would I be?" she admitted. She wouldn't want any of the people she cared about to suffer, and really that includes Rowan too. "Should I go confront him about it? Is that what I should do?"

Lizzy let out a long sigh. "You don't need to 'confront' anyone." She had no clue what Chi meant when she said would confront Rowan, but at this point there was no way that would actually end well for anyone.

"Just.. Tell him how you feel. How you really feel." Lizzy said, unsure of what other advice she could possibly give in this situation.

"I don't?" Michi said meekly. Then how was she supposed to actually deal with the information? Was she just... supposed to live with it until something happens? Rowan hasn't been as upfront about it, so she'd always assumed it was just Rowan being the a good friend Michi thought he was. Now Lizzy was telling her she should be the one telling how she really feels? Michi really wasn't sure what to do here. Apart from the noise inside her head that is now all around her, she was pretty stumped on what to do. "Would that really help though? I feel like that might just make him suffer more."

"No, you don't." Lizzy groaned. This was getting ridiculous, all Chi had to do is go and talk to Rowan, like she'd done countless times before, him having a crush on her changed nothing. But apparently, that couldn't get through to Chi.

"Listen, he likes you, and I think it's fair to say you like him. So go and tell him that you like him as well, and see what he says. Simple as that." She said, unsure of how she could dumb it down any further for Chi.

Lizzy could probably hear Michi groan despite the ocean of whispers in their head. Another silence hung in the air -- or what would be silence if it wasn't for the constant background noise -- while Michi remained still, trying to understand the whole situation. "You sure it'll turn out okay?" Michi finally asked.
