Water Dance [Pisces]

"Wow. You're really good at this." Aura grinned at her copy that Carlos made. If his illusions were based on reflection, then this was nice. But if it was based on his own tweaking of the particles, then he's got to be really good at seeing and remaking details.

"Hmm... How long have you been a Zodiac? If you've already told me I think I forgot," Aura said, leaning forward. She took another sushi and bit half of it after drowning it with the Japanese soy sauce. "I've been a Zodiac for eight years now. Before that, my dad always used to show me how things work, that's why I'm pretty used to my powers by now." She snickered. "Aquarius is an air sign but my element of control is water. It's strange."

In that regard, she thought that Carlos had a much wider room for improvement than she did. He can manipulate water in all its phases, and even though he wasn't good with ice yet, she knew he'll eventually be better at it. "Eight years is already long for our batch. In another eight years' time, who knows, you'll be much better at this than I am. Plus, you can create illusions. Something I can't do."

"Hmmm... Nah, my dad never did airbending. I doubt I can do it." Aura grinned, leaning back against her seat. She still had those bite-sized pastries, but after tasting one she realized they'd be sweeter later. A different song was playing and there were a lot of people dancing to it, and Aura watched, feeling like she wanted to join them all of a sudden, even though originally she'd rather be an observer.

She tapped her lap absentmindedly. "So Carlos, do you dance?" she asked, turning to her fellow Zodiac once more. She smiled sheepishly. "This is a formal ball after all. Have any plans on dancing?"

Aura grinned and immediately stood up the moment Carlos made his response. "Not much, but what the heck, right?" she said, standing beside him and reaching out her hand to him.

The night was meant for fancy fun, they might as well immerse themselves into it.

"How about now? Let's dance!" Suddenly she grabbed his hand and pulled him up, and a couple of steps away from their table. However, she could only do so much with her long gown, so she had to be careful with her next movements.
