So Wesker happens to have a sickly twin sister, and I think it might be an interesting time to have her develop some powers of her own and end up in the academy as well.
Restrictions would be she has to be sickly, not necessarily problematic all the time, but it's serious enough that their mother died from it when she gave birth to them. I like to think it tends to flair up and put her into bed for a little bit, but it's open to interpretation.
Her powers would also be somewhat spider based. She doesn't have to be a drider shifter like Wesker is, but her powers should have some connection with spiders. These would also be more of druidic origin, and not connected to Lolth.
