So, currently, this is the description for the Underground location. (And it has some stuff on the Manta Carlos City part of the wiki, too.)
Where would witches be without potions, necromancers without ashes? The underground is a sub-section of the city purely dedicated to the needs and wishes of the supernatural; alchemical supplies, potions stores, wand shops, and some store-owners may even dabble into black market goods.
Except... that makes it sound like there's a heavy magic focus with only an extra, bonus treat of black market (and not even full criminal activity, just black market is mentioned). The majority of players now it as the huge and darker, shady crime district. It's an extremely common interpretation, too common at this point and key in plots to tell everyone off over now- and I think on the other side of things, the magic shops have become considered normal anywhere and everywhere in the city, rather than needing a special space.

So, basically, I'm suggesting a change of the description. If not entirely, at least with crime as a big focus rather than a complete side thing, because that's the use in threads and in character. It can get confusing to see that as the official description, but then look at all the actual threads in the sub forum and see... uh. Shade and sin. Lots of it.
