October closed the door then, walking toward the lounge. Adelina would most likely be there. Upon entering the lounge, the seventeen-year-old looked at her, then looked at Tsim, brown eyes narrowing.

"... Hi," the mother said through gritted teeth, obviously trying not to blow her top.

Tsim had no will to run he knew what he did was wrong...so he knew he take the punishment for it. He stood there his head slightly down causing his white hair to block his eyes which still held no curisoity or life in them

Adelina watched as he looked down, then looked to October. "Is he still murderous?" she asked, eyes still narrowed. She didn't want her precious little sister to be hanging out with someone who tried to kill people.

"You don't have to talk to him like that, you know," October defended. "And whatever. I just came to tell you that him and I are friends again."

"Fine, whatever. So, how are you Tsim?" the seventeen-year-old put on a fake smile, looking at him in mock kindness.

October looked down, sighing. Old habits never died, it seemed.

Tsim still looked down not moving or saying anything like before...he didn't let Adelina see his eyes since he hated making people care and think it was their job to make sure he wasn't sad as most did before

October looked at Adelina, begging her to be nice with just that look on her face. The married woman rolled her eyes and nodded, then stood up and walked over to them, offering Tsim an actual, genuine smile. "I'll be nice now, promise," she said to him. "Are we friends now again too?"

Thank goodness, October thought to herself with an inward sigh of relief.

He nodded slowly being careful not to let her see his now soulless eyes...he couldn't go back to being innocent again. He dealt with the pain alone and he didn't need anyone else to see it...

Adelina smiled. "You can look up, you know," she said softly. October put her hands into her pockets, not knowing what he would do to that but not going to say anything yet. "You don't have to look down. You've been through a lot so it's understandable what happened."

He shook his head slowly...he wouldn't let her see it...he already broke his vow of silence...to him he was a disgrace unable to keep any promise he made not even thinking about the harshness of this own promises...only the fact he could not seem to do anything right

The sister's frowned slightly. October was tempted to hug him, but she wouldn't, since she knew he probably wouldn't like that. He had been through so much... but she was just glad they were friends again. Maybe she could get him to start doing fun things again like that snowball fight to try and make him happy again, even if it would be hard to do so.

Adelina looked at him. "If you ever need anything, we're both here for you, you know that, right?" she asked in a quiet, motherly tone.

He just continued to look down...he felt like a burden on them now making them sad...he just couldn't muster his body to give them even fake signs of happiness...this strategist seemed out of it his heart just pounding in pain from all this self punishment at the same time
