Cyan looked up at Miles, slightly confused. However, it only took him a couple of seconds to put two and two together. "Oh, so you were where Naka got those powers, weren't you?" Cyan hadn't been referring to the red-eyed teen, but was glad to have gotten a bit of extra info. He was also glad that his ability wasn't power stealing, as he found out when Naka summoned his wings.
Taking a second look at his new wings, Cyan noted that he might need to make some modifications to his sweater. Good thing he had dabbled a bit in making and modifying clothes, and this would provide a perfectly manly excuse for practicing his skill. For now, he'd just cut some slits in the back or something. "Um, hey Naka, you have a pair of scissors in the room right? Can I borrow them for a sec?" Cyan asked, turning around and heading toward his dorm before waiting for a response, "Thanks."
Cyan was as curious as anyone else would be about Naka's conversation, but after staying in the same dorm with him for about a month, Cyan had come to understand a bit of how Naka worked. If Naka wanted to share his business with his friends, he would. If he didn't, He wouldn't. It was as simple as that, and asking questions only made the latter more likely.
Cyan entered the room, crouching low to crawl through the fairy door, and grabbed the pair of scissors from Naka's stuff. He had his own pair, but he wasn't sure what had happened to them. Cyan pinned the sweater to the floor with his back legs, holding the scissors with both hands. He carefully cut a slit where each wing would be almost to the top and bottom borders. He would make sure to fix it so it wouldn't unravel later. When he was done, Cyan headed down the hall toward where the group had been.
