"Very well. If Dean doesn't have any objections for the tour, then we will go... in a hour. I need to get... something done."`

Without even letting Dean answer John replied,a smile in his voice "Perfect. I will be outside your door in exactly 1 hour. Until then, Selia."

Dean grabbed the cup and set it down on the counter, turned to Selia and asked, "Okay, I don't have any objection to going on the tour...but what do you have to do?" Dean had absolutely no idea what Selia was talking about, nor could he quite figure out what it could possibly be. If it had to do with leaving their hotel room, then there was no way he would let her go alone.

"Perfect. I will be outside your door in exactly 1 hour. Until then, Selia."

The thought never really crossed her mind as to why John thought it was Selia speaking through the cup thing before, and didn't pay it any attention to it now. She took a few steps back, and walked towards the window, her hand rubbed the back of her neck, where a small fresh scar was, but it was hidden underneath her locks of white hair. She let her hand soon drop to her side, and felt both of her fighting knives hilts. Her eyes watched the people of the town again.

"Okay, I don't have any objection to going on the tour...but what do you have to do?"

She turned to face Dean, and looked him over a moment, then smiled. "One thing I need to do, is to try and find some new clothes, I hate walking around in damp clothing. Another... well, I'd rather keep it to myself for the moment." She said, then walked towards a door that was in the side, that she figured may be a bathroom. As she passed Dean she raised her hand and caressed his cheek. Then, when she got to the door, she opened it and walked in. As she thought, it was a bathroom. When she closed the door, she pulled something out of her pants pocket. It was a crumpled up piece of paper, and wet. She unfolded it the best she could, but most of the words on it were now unreadable, the ink was splattered all over it from the sea. She sighed, a little annoyed, then set the paper on the counter, and oddly, there was clothes in here, her size and everything.

She changed into the clothes, which was some blue jeans, and then a light blue peasant top. She put on her heeled boots that were also there. When she was dressed, she went to the piece of paper, and fingered it, seeing if it was still damp, and it was. Sighing, she picked it up, and left. She wished it was dry, she wanted to read it again, and contemplate on all the things that might be false memories. She opened the door, and went back into her room. She folded the paper quickly and put it in her pocket again, not wanted to share this with Dean yet.

She walked about the room a moment, wondering if there was any paper around, since she lost her new laptop on the boat, she needed something else to hold her notes. She also wanted to explore this hotel a little, but maybe she'd want to do that later.

"One thing I need to do, is to try and find some new clothes, I hate walking around in damp clothing. Another... well, I'd rather keep it to myself for the moment."

Dean sighed, slightly annoyed that there was something Selia was keeping from him. But he had to trust Selia so he didn't ask her about the other thing. He smiled when she caressed his cheek as she passed him to go into the bathroom. When she closed the door behind her, Dean walked back into his room and walked into the bathroom. After Selia had brought up finding some new clothes, Dean started to think about the same thing. His shirt was still pretty damp though his pants weren't as damp, and he didn't mind it much. Then Dean noticed a small pile of clothing sitting on the counter. It was a dark red collared shirt and a pair of ratty torn jeans. Dean took one look at the jeans before throwing them aside. He would have worn them, if only they hadn't had holes in all the wrong places. The shirt on the other hand looked nice it could be a nice fit so he peeled of his shirt damp black shirt and put on the new one. To his slight surprise it was a perfect fit.

He exited the bathroom and walked back to Selia's room. She was looking for something around the room, but he had no idea what, since they lost almost everything when their ship sank. "Hey Selia, were there a pair of clothes in your bathroom?" She didn't even have to answer since the moment Dean really looked at Selia he had realized that she was wearing completely different clothes. "Is it just me, or is it really weird that the clothes in our bathroom fit us perfectly?"

Dean came back into her room, as she continued to look for paper, with no success. Sighing, she turned towards Dean when he spoke, and she nodded, and noticed he wore a different shirt. This place just kept getting weirder, but she didn't know what that was. "Yeah, there was." She said. She glanced towards the window, trying to figure out what was bothering her most. That strange familiar feeling, or the odd things happening.

"Is it just me, or is it really weird that the clothes in our bathroom fit us perfectly?"

"Its really weird. Its like someone knew we were coming... but how..." She mumbled the last part. She stayed quiet for a while, looking like she was in deep thought, then decided to say something.

"Dean, what do you think is the strangest thing about this village?" She asked, then walked around the room again, then stopped at the table, tapping her fingers against the light wood. She cursed silently. "I need paper." She mumbled in annoyance. One hour till John comes by, well, probably less now, but it should give her enough time to try and find some paper and copy what was on the damp piece, since it was important information to her, and always wanted to have it with her, even if it made her lightheaded with not knowing how many false memories she carried.

"Dean, what do you think is the strangest thing about this village?"

Dean didn't really have to think all that hard about what he found strange in regards to the village. There were so many things he didn't even know where to start. "Well, I'd have to say the whole 'no technology' thing is probably the strangest thing here. But then there's John. He and his name are strange. But maybe the other people around town aren't as strange..." He sighed and glanced out the window. He doubted that anyone in the village wasn't strange. Everyone he watched walk by had such clueless expressions it was weird. But he didn't feel like telling Selia, since she probably thought the same way.

"I need paper."

"Why do you need paper?" Dean asked, curious. Perhaps she needed to write down a reminder or something personal. Who knows. "Why don't you just use that card John gave you?" He picked up the odd business card John had given Selia and handed it too her.

She stopped her search for paper, and glanced at Dean. Her thoughts going over what he said.

"Well, I'd have to say the whole 'no technology' thing is probably the strangest thing here. But then there's John. He and his name are strange. But maybe the other people around town aren't as strange..."

The technology thing was odd, she didn't believe what John had said about the technology thing, but maybe he said was true, but she decided to not believe much that comes out of his mouth, even if she wanted to sometimes. She thought over what John had said about technology. She ignored that now, and thought of what else Dean said. Yes, the name was also odd, and then all the other people, to her they looked misplaced, as if they didn't know where they were.

"I agree with you on everything. The technology situation here, and John, and the other people here. Nothing is right about this place, it makes me uneasy." She said. "John said they had even yet to encounter someone who wanted to leave here, that makes me feel more uneasy. I don't like it here."

"Why do you need paper? Why don't you just use that card John gave you?"

"I have to copy something." She said, then wondered if the card would be big enough. She took it from Dean, and flipped it over to the blank side. "I suppose it could work... but now I'd need a pencil or pen." She said.

"I agree with you on everything. The technology situation here, and John, and the other people here. Nothing is right about this place, it makes me uneasy."

"Well, do you want to leave? I mean, everything around here does feel strange, and I get that weird feeling too, so why don't we just leave? So what if John said that no one has yet to leave? We don't even know if any of those people even wanted to leave this place. And I doubt any of them were like us. but it's up to you." Dean sighed, not sure how he was feeling about everything. Before Selia had asked him what he thought of the place, he hadn't thought about it. He didn't really notice how strange everything was around the village. But now...now he finds everything strange.

"I suppose it could work... but now I'd need a pencil or pen."

Dean groaned lightly, annoyed at Selia a bit because she was basically asking him to help her out so she could copy down something that most likely ha to do with her secret. Sure, he might be taking it all wrong, and he had nothing to worry about, she'd tell him soon enough, right? They were in it together, and they couldn't keep secrets from each other. "I'll go check in my room."

He walked back into his room and looked around once again. He didn't remember seeing anything that Selia would be able to use to write with, but he decided to continue looking around anyway. On his way back, Dean tripped over himself -an extreme rarity- and fell flat on the floor with a light thud. Just as he began to pull himself up, he noticed something. Underneath his bed there was an envelope. Dean reached under and grabbed the envelope, curious as to what it was doing there. It was a simple plain white envelope, sealed.

"Do I want to leave? Yes. As soon as possible. But I'd like to see the mayor... I have another feeling too, besides the strange one... A familiar one. I don't know why, but... I just do." She said, and then grimaced slightly, wondering what caused that odd familiar feeling. She closed her eyes moment, then looked at Dean and he groaned. She felt torn. Tell him her secret, or not? She knew it would be best to tell him, but even she was afraid of what may be true memories, and what weren't.

She watched Dean go into his room, to look for a pen. She closed her eyes again and thought this over. Tell him, or not? Slowly, her eyes opened. She had to tell him. It didn't mean much for this journey, but then, they were searching for knowledge of where her father worked, and this Steel. This bit of information she had was quite a lot, if you think about it.

She looked up and over towards Dean's room, when she heard a thud. She wondered what caused it, but stayed where she was. She figured he would be fine, unless he called for her. She walked over to the window again, and just stood there, looking out. She continued to think about whether or not to tell him, it would be best too, but she was afraid to, but didn't know why. She sighed, and closed her eyes, letting her thoughts wander, wondering if Dean would be able to find her a pen or something, probably not, seeing as there wasn't one in her room.

After a while, she decided she would tell him later, it could wait... she thought it could anyway.

Dean sighed, resting his back against the side of his bed. He simply stared at the plain white envelope. should he open it or shouldn't he? Or more importantly, should he show Selia? Why should he since Selia isn't telling him her little secret, so why should he tell her about his new little secret? Sure, it might be a slightly mean thing to do, but Dean felt like he had a right to have a little secret...at least for a little while anyway.

With curiosity getting to the best of him, Dean slowly opened the envelope and pulled out the folded piece of paper. The paper was some sort of criminal report about the death of some guy by the name of Anton Travis. Attached to the report was a news clipping from an unknown paper:

<div align=center>UNIDENTIFIED BODY FOUND IN BACK ALLEY

Chicago - Local Chicago Police discovered the corpse of an unidentified male hidden beneath piles of garbage in an alley between Clark Street and Michigan Avenue. The body has yet to be identified since it has been burned to a crisp, so not even a single possible source of DNA could be found. Authorities of claimed that it is one of the strangest things they have ever seen so far. Dr. Allison Trueblood of the Chicago Morgue reported to authorities that, "This poor man was actually electrocuted to death. But the amount of electricity that must have traveled through his body had to have been at least 3000 volts of pure electricity. Leaving absolutely nothing to find out who he really was." "The most peculiar part," continues Dr. Trueblood, "was that the electricity began from the top of the victim's head and traveled all the way down to his toes. He died in a matter of seconds."</div>

Dean set down the papers down beside him, thinking over why this would have been in his room. Then, in an instant, he figured it out. Chicago...dead body...electrocuted with 3000 volts...but, Selia said she had never killed anyone. It all made sense, but he had to trust Selia. She wouldn't lie to him, and why would she in the first place? "Selia-" Dean stopped himself from calling her over, because his eye caught something on the floor. It was a small picture, a little smaller than the envelope. It must have slipped out when he unfolded the papers. Dean could feel all the color drain from his face, and his heart shake slightly. The picture showed a girl electrocuting a man. A giant lighting bolt coming form above and heading straight through him. You could only see the back of the girl, but she had long white hair and two dagger hanging from her waist.

Selia flexed her fingers a moment, and her fingers seemed to crackle with electricity, but she clenched her hand in a fist, and the crackling stopped. Her calm looking eyes gazed through the window, searching the faces, curious. "Never let curiosity get a hold of you." Her father always said. He had told her that you make rash decisions when you let your curiosity rule over you. Right now, she felt curious about this place, and wanted to go out there and talk to some of those people, to see what they felt about the place. Did they like it or not? But since John said non leave, was it because they wanted to stay, or they were forced to stay.

She bit her lip, wondering if she should even try to speak to one of those villagers, maybe when John comes along, she could ask to speak to one. No, she wasn't here to chat with these people, she was on this foolish adventure for information. Seemed a silly thing to do now that she was here. They had managed to survive a storm, but what else lay ahead? She feared for Dean's life, and never wants anything to hurt him, if something happened to him, she would blame herself.

No, she wouldn't let anything happen, she was skilled enough for what she had to do, and she would be ready for whatever comes, but she was still afraid that something bad would happen when they get to what their looking for. She took in a deep calm breath, and tried to stop thinking of what she was.

"Selia-"

Her head perked up slightly, and she glanced towards Dean's door.

"Everything alright?" She called over, and took a few steps towards the door then she stopped, thinking she heard something outside. She stayed silent a moment and glanced towards the window, but saw nothing, then shook her head, it was nothing.
