October listened patiently as she spoke. Violet eyes widened somewhat she mentioned the vampire. Vampires are real? she thought to herself. She'd grown up with parents telling her it wasn't real... and it was probably just so she wouldn't get scared. And, of course, she was getting kind of scared now, but she did her very best to hide it. Oh, great... She sighed inwardly, but continued listening, still not wanting to interrupt.
Her eyes went wide when Moria said she passed out. How could she be alright so very quickly? She'd had a vampire attack her, passed out, and hurt her ankle.
She smiled somewhat when she described what it was like to be in his arms. She felt bad that the girl had never been carried, but decided that she wouldn't say anything about that incase it brought up painful memories. She paid close attention, keeping her eyes on Moria even though she wanted to look out the door to see if Sonlath was anywhere nearby, but stopped herself from doing so. What Moria said that Sonlath did sounded so nice of him to do, and she was glad he had done that.
"He does care for me... And... I care for him... But I'm afraid he doesn't know how much I care for him... October... have you ever been in love?"
She blinked for a moment, her face going red from being asked if she had ever been in love. She looked down for a few moments, silent. She slowly shook her head and looked back up to look at the other girl. "No, I've never been in love..." she said. Her face was returning to its normal color, and wasn't as red as before. "Not yet, at least..." She was silent for a few moments, remembering what she had said earlier about all she had gone through before. "I hate to kind of change the subject off of love, but... are you sure that you're alright? I mean, just with everything that happened to you earlier..." she asked softly, very softly, and very concerned as well.
