The first time Regina had spoken to him was to berate him and swat at him, for killing one of her bees. In his defense, he thought he was protecting her at the time. She later decided that made it forgivable, and she got in touch online and apologized for being so hard on him.
Then they started talking about what she was, and what that meant to her, and how frustrating it was that nobody got it. But Aldo seemed to get it.
At no point did either of them say anything about what the sex would
mean. She just thought it was implied. And she still wanted to think it was implied, because that meant she didn't have to reevaluate as much.
Regina wouldn't say anything else for a while. She was too busy fighting the idea that it meant so little to Aldo. That
she meant so little. And it was pissing her off that Finch would imply that. Didn't he see that they loved each other?
